One Life to Live Recap for Wednesday, December 8, 2004

Todd and Blair finalize their plans to get married tonight. Blair is upset that none of her family will be there, but Todd reminds her that the only two “guests” that really count are Starr and Jack. Blair takes Starr to an appointment she is dreading and as the threesome leaves Margaret who is lurking outside the penthouse overhears the news that the wedding is tonight.

Margaret flees to her apartment in a panic. “What about my plans?” she cries in anguish. Slowly she realizes that she will just have to come up with new plans and calls to change her reservations for the mountain cabin from Christmas Eve to this night.

Cristian and Natalie celebrate their first night back at home. It is soon clear that Cristian is having some problems remembering things. Viki tells Cristian that his studio can be made available to him when he is ready. But Cristian isn’t sure of many things at the moment. He is keeping a log of information that he apparently doesn’t remember anymore. And, when Natalie brings in his “favorite” breakfast and he doesn’t recognize it, Natalie assumes it is her and that she is trying too hard to recreate the past. They both agree that time has changed them and Cristian angrily charges that John is the reason why they have lost a full year of their lives. He tells Natalie that he doesn’t understand why she even talks to him.

Bo, John, Nora and Daniel discuss Paul Kramer’s murder case. While they all agree that David and Dorian probably didn’t do it, Daniel is upset that Bo released information to the press. Bo admits he set a trap to try to get the real killer to come forward. He announces that RJ and Rex can be moved down from the list of suspects, and Jen and Lindsey should be moved up. Daniel agrees that their behavior the night before increases his suspicions that they might be involved. John announces that Jessica may have seen Tico’s killer and that he will try to talk to her later in the day.

Antonio keeps vigil at Jessica’s bedside. She continues to have nightmares of a very much alive Tico taunting her that she knows who is killer is and if she doesn’t come clean he will kill her. Paige comes in and asks everyone to leave so she can talk to Jessica. John and Antonio talk outside the room and John asks Antonio if he has considered that Jessica may be in danger from Tico’s killer if he finds out that she knows who he is. Antonio insists that Jessica can’t remember anything. He tells John that one of the reasons he is staying close to Jessica is to protect him. Paige leaves the room and asks that everyone leave Jessica alone so she can sleep…..including Antonio. Apparently Jess told Paige that she didn’t want to see Antonio. In the meantime, Viki arrives upon the apparent request of Jessica. Jess recounts her dream/nightmare to Viki. Viki tries to reassure Jess that Tico is very much dead and can’t hurt her anymore. Viki gets a call from Todd about the wedding that night. He gleefully announces that there will be no Kramers at the wedding, one great reason for her to come. As Todd recounts to Viki with a bit more exuberance than he should, “Kelly is off looking for a baby, Dorian and David are in prison and Addie is nuts so who knows what she’s going to do”, Blair walks up and overhears the conversation. She is crushed that Todd is taking her family situation so lightly.

Todd arrives at the palace and tries to pump Van for information on possible suspects for Tico’s murder. He puts forth his theory that Kevin is responsible for Tico’s murder. In passing he mentions that he is getting married tonight and invites her to the wedding. Van agrees. Natalie and Cristian arrive at the Palace and Natalie returns John’s gloves to Van. Van tells Natalie that John had mentioned that he has seen her, but Natalie adds a few other meetings much to Van’s discomfort.

Todd sees Bo, Paige and Matt having lunch and asks Bo if there are any leads in the Tico Santi murder. No comment from Bo. Todd and Matt leave to go meet Starr, which gives Bo and Paige a moment alone. Nora walks in to see Bo kiss Paige and catches up with Matt who raves about Paige. Nora comes up to talk to Bo and announces that she is there to get takeout for an intimate lunch with Daniel. After Nora leaves, Paige tells Bo that he is so busted. She confronts him about intentionally using her to make Nora jealous. Bo insists he did nothing of the kind, but Paige seems to be able to read Bo quite well.

Matt catches up with Starr and is confused as to why she is so upset. Starr moves around from place to place obviously upset, but won’t say a word. When Matt finally asks her why she is so upset, Starr gives a big wide grin revealing a mouthful of braces!

Nora arrives back at the Police Station and invites Daniel over for lunch. Daniel asks her is she is already, and Nora replies that everything might just finally be alright.
