Bo walks out of the courthouse and runs into Nat, Bo hands over the letter thinking that Nat should read it and be made aware of what’s going on. Nat confesses that she was the one who did that to the grave, Bo is speechless and wants to know how she could do such a thing. Nat explains that she was trying to get evidence to prove that John is still alive. Meanwhile, Paige goes up to Spencer and explains that “Hugh” is in surgery and asks Spencer to find it in his heart, if he has one, to pray for their son. Cris congratulates Van on a great opening argument and is confident that Spencer will go to jail. Mike and Marcie watch and are disgusted at Spencer’s arrogance in the courtroom. Marcie is certain that Spencer will get what’s coming to him, Mike hopes that is true so that his dad and John can finally have some peace.

Antonio and Jess share one more breakfast in bed at the Palace before they go off on their real honeymoon to Puerto Rico. Meanwhile, Nash is getting Bree ready for a walk when Claudia pops over. Nash struggles to heat up a bottle, Claudia takes Bree from Nash’s arms. Jess walks in on Claudia holding Bree and flips on her. Jess takes Bree away from Claudia and explains to Nash that she doesn’t want Claudia near their daughter. Nash explains what happened and that he will respect Jess’ wishes when they are away. Antonio follows Claudia and knows that she is back abusing alcohol. Claudia admits that she is, saying that it was a mistake. Jess finds them together, takes Antonio and they leave for the airport. Claudia returns to Nash, Nash explains that Jess doesn’t want her near that baby and he will respect Jess’ wishes. With Nash gone, Claudia downs a huge glass of wine. Rex and Adriana meet with Ms. Herman. Adriana stands up from her seat to reveal that she is “pregnant.” Rex and Adriana explains that they met with the lawyer about six months ago – right before he died – in which they planned on selling their “baby.” Ms. Herman is leery about divulging too much information – until Adriana offers her 20% of the price they get for the “baby.”

Ms. Herman explains that she and Mr. Nivens, the lawyer, worked very closely together and she knew of all of his dealings on the black market. Adriana and Rex are willing to sell their “baby boy” to a good home, Ms. Herman is wise to their trick and, literally, sticks a fork in Adriana’s fake stomach. Ms. Herman starts to leave, Rex produces a tape recorder that has recorded their whole conversation. Ms. Herman has no choice but to give Rex the lawyer’s password. Adriana wishes Rex luck as she takes off, Rex searches for a little while and finds out that Mr. Nivens meet with Spencer in February and on the same day cashed a check from Joanna and Frank Scott. Rex knows that those 2 names are familiar and looks thru his other papers to find Joanna and Frank Scott listed as the parents on Tommy’s birth certificate.

Rex figures our that Marcie and Mike’s adopted baby, Tommy, is Todd’s kid. Todd brings Starr home, Blair is up and feeling a lot better. Blair asks Starr about the football game, Starr storms upstairs not wanting to talk about it. Blair and Todd decide that it’s teenage feelings, an officer – Detective Bauer - comes to the door to ask Starr questions about the after-football game party. Starr admits that she was there, the Bauer needs Starr to make a statement. Blair and Todd take Starr to the police station, where Starr explains what happened back in the bedroom. Todd is livid that Cole would attempt to hurt his daughter. An officer brings Cole and his mother into the room where Todd, Blair and Starr are. Todd and Blair are stunned to find out that Cole’s mother is Marty Saybrooke.
