One Life to Live Recap for Thursday, November 4, 2004

AMC Update: Babe and Jamie went to Llanview and drugged Ace’s nanny. While the nanny was unconscious, Babe and Jamie kidnapped Ace and are taking him back to Pine Valley. Bianca goes to see JR, who is holding Bess. Bianca knows that Bess is her baby.

John is going over files regarding the disappearance of Paul. Nora comes to see John, he talks about the case with her saying that he thinks Paul is dead. Nora believes that everyone in Llanview would’ve wanted him dead. John agrees as he gets the results from the forensics saying that the blood in the hotel room was Paul’s. John tells about how he found Nat at the cemetery with blood on her clothes and he thought that Paul hit her. Nora hopes that Nat didn’t get herself into something she couldn’t handle. John hopes so too and asks Nora how she’s been. Nora admits that her life would be totally different if Bo wasn’t in it and she knows how Nat feels about Cris’ death and about how John feels about Caitlin’s death. John invites her to dinner at Rodi’s.

David returns home and calls for Kelly to come down because he has news about Paul. Kelly is upstairs having a nightmare about Paul giving Ace back to his real mother.

Dorian feels that Kelly is not trying to escape her house. Viki never had an ulterior motive in invited Kelly to stay at the carriage house. Dorian accuses Viki of wanted to get Kevin and Kelly back together. Viki believes that Kevin acted horrible to Kelly and would never want that. Dorian asks why Viki supported Kevin’s campaign. Viki points out that they take care of their families in very different ways. Dorian says that she’s glad Paul is gone for good. Viki agrees with her and suggests that Dorian let “her girls” take care of themselves. Dorian is worried that she wont be able to look after Kelly if she moves out. Viki says that there is nothing to worry about.

Kevin returns to his hotel room to find Karen drugged and Ace missing. He tries to awaken Karen with no luck. He goes to call the police but Karen wakes up and says that she heard a woman’s voice before she was knocked out. Kevin thinks that Kelly stole the baby and takes off to find Kelly.

Adriana shows up to see Jess. Jess and Adriana talk about Dorian’s fears on Paul and her worrying about Kelly. Jess wonders what’s really going on. Adriana is upset that no one will tell her what’s going on and brings up the fact that Dorian hates Duke. Jess feels that Duke likes Adriana and offers her help. Adriana thanks her and reveals that she’s there to see Jess. Adriana wants to stop the tensions between Antonio and Tico. Jess says that she has tried to do that, but Antonio does not trust Tico and there is nothing more that she can do. Disappointed, Adriana leaves. Jess begins to snoop around and finds a wad of money hidden in a drawer.

Nat is working at Rodi’s. She takes out a bag that is filled with her bloodstained clothes. Antonio comes in to order a beer and he reveals to Nat that Jess came to see him and she is worried about Nat. Nat tried to get Antonio to see that she is ok and then asks him how he could turn his back on the people he loves. Antonio reminds Nat that she was there for him when Cris died and he is there for her now. Nat has nothing to say to him. Antonio asks if she killed Paul. Nat says that she didn’t do anything to Paul. Antonio tells her that he’s there for her if she needs him. Antonio leaves. Nora and John come in. John asks how her watch got in Paul’s apartment. Nat says that Paul stole it from her. Nora says that they are just trying to help her. Nat proclaims that she needs no help.

Kevin shows up at Dorian’s house, thinking that Kelly stole the baby he calls her for. David tells him that Ace isn’t there and begs him not to tell Kelly that Ace is missing. Kelly comes down and asks Kevin why he’s there. Kevin takes off upstairs in search of information. Kelly wishes Kevin brought Ace so she could hold him, then she tells David about her dream. David tells her that she’ll never have to worry about Paul again. Kelly asks how he knows that Paul won’t return to Llanview. David tells her not to worry. Kelly thinks that David is protecting Dorian and that Dorian did something to Paul. Kevin comes down, obviously aggravated, because he knows that Kelly didn’t take Ace. Kevin takes off after Dorian.

Antonio shows up to see Jess and tells her that he went to see if Nat was ok but she didn’t want his help. Jess brings up the suggestion that Nat didn’t want his help because he’s changed so much. Antonio reveals that he still has feelings for Jess. Antonio goes to kiss Jess and Adriana walks in on them. She interrupts them saying she has car trouble. Antonio goes to check it out. Adriana sees why Jess couldn’t help stop the fight between her brothers. Adriana storms off.
