At Asa's Mansion

Al and Christian duel it out. They share insults as to who loves Jen more. Jen finally separates them telling them that this is what happened to them in the first place. Christian calls Al pathetic. (Hey Chris, Al is doing a great imitation of Linda Ronstadt's song, "Poor Poor Pitiful Me" all by himself, he doesn't need you helping him.)

Christian wants to leave and he tells Jen they need to go. Al begs and pleads with Jen not to leave with him. Al says he will never love you as much as I do. He tells her that Christian is a ladies man, and he will end up hurting her again. Jen defends Christian and they leave.

Al feels sorry for himself. As he mopes, the housekeeper comes in and tells him his parents are very anxious to speak with him. They are waiting in the library. Al takes the ornament off of the wedding cake and throws it, breaking it into pieces.

In the Park

Niki meets with Jordan. Jordan asks her how long she has suspected her husband of cheating. Niki feigns complete horror after having someone actually say the words out loud. And with the blink of an eye, she asks Jordan if she will sleep with her husband.

Jordan is appalled and asks "Viki" if she is serious. Niki says she is serious, but to herself she says she is serious because she needs a legitimate story so Viki can leave her husband. Niki tells Jordan she doesn't trust her husband. Jordan tells her that isn't against the law and wants to know why she suspects her husband. Niki tells her she is very wealthy and that Ben is younger than she is. (This makes absolutely no sense to anyone except Niki.) So, Niki once again pushes Jordan, and asks her is she will sleep with her husband. Jordan decides she is not the right person for the job. Niki quickly backs off. Niki finally asks her is she will flirt with him then. She tells Jordan she will probably have a real good time because her husband is a real good, looking guy. (Niki begins to drool.) To herself she admits she wants Benjie real bad, but one night in the sack with her and he will know she is not Viki. (Pretty confident now aren't we, Niki.)

Niki begins to daydream about walking into Crossroads and catching Ben and Jordan on their pool table. (As if, dream on klingon!) During her daydream she hears Viki. She and Viki argue. Viki admits that Niki was able to take over when Rae hypnotized her and she wants Niki to leave and let her have her body and life back. Niki taunts her with the "secret." Niki tells Viki she doesn't want to know the secret, it's too terrible. She tells Viki she won't be able to deal with it. Then she says she has to leave and within five minutes of Ben being with Jordan, they'll be breeding like rabbits. Viki tells her there is no way. As they debate Ben's fidelity, Jen and Christian are standing there. He calls out to Mrs. Davidson. Niki panics. She covers and leaves.

Jen and Christian stay in the park and sit on the bench where Jen promptly thanks him for stopping her from making the biggest mistake of her life. (You got that right little sister!) They agree that Al has no one to blame but himself. She wants to know what they do now, and he says, "Let's go back to our place."  She agrees.

(aaahhhhhh...)

Crossroads

Sam and Matthew come into see Ben. Sam tells him about Jen and Al's non-wedding. He tells Ben that Christian stopped it just in the nick of time. (Thank God! for long wedding vows, the two day variety!) As Sam talks about Jen and Al, he is thinking of Nora.

Ben offers to quit the clinic in support of his brother. Sam is extremely bitter. He says it is over. Sam admits that Matthew doesn't know yet. He doesn't want to be around Nora at the moment, however, he knows he needs to tell Matthew, but he doesn't want to do it without her. Sam decides to call her. She doesn't answer. Now Sam is really upset. He knows she is with Troy. (Oh whine, whine, whine already.) He tells Ben at least you and Viki are happy. Ben grimaces. He tells Sam that "Viki" is not herself lately. (Well no duh Benjie!) He tells Sam that she is distant and having trouble dealing with her feelings for Natalie. Matthew interrupts and wants to leave. He is hungry. He wants an egg roll. Sam agrees and says they will go out to Wong Foo's.

As Niki finally makes her way to Crossroads and as she peeks in the window, she drools while watching Ben from behind, or is that his behind?

(Whatever!)

At Llanfair

Seth demands to know what Natalie did to him and Jessica. Seth wants to know if it had to do with Al being able to walk. Natalie tells him that she forced Al to help break him and Jessica up. Natalie admits to all of her evil ways. She admits that Al planted the seeds of doubt that made Jessica call off their over nighter in Philly. She admits the whole story from the missing money at Break Bar and that Al took it, Al posing as Seth at Rodie's and even about the art object at the Fundraiser in the Art Gallery, being found on Seth. It was her doing. (Natalie, confession is good for the soul, my dear!)

Seth is in disbelief. He is hurt not to mention angry. Natalie vows that she is sorry and will never do anything to him or Jessica ever again. Jessica walks in. She also wants to know why Natalie did not say anything about Al being able to walk. Seth covers for her. When Jess leaves Natalie asks Seth why he covered for her. He tells her because he wants her to go away, and forget him. He wants her to promise that she will leave them alone. She does. Seth and Jess leave to go to see Roxy, in jail.

As Seth and Jessica go off to confront Roxy in her jail call, Stormin' Normin' Al Holden bursts his way into Llanfair, only to find Natalie crying in her own spilt milk. (Hey, you two ought to get together!)

At Troy's Loft

Nora arrives early. Troy is a bit annoyed, but only until he opens the door. Then it is 'smiles are us!' Nora and Troy share pleasantries and they talk about the French restaurant they are going to and he turns on some jazz. Nora almost gags. (Hey Troy, she likes the Oldies!) Nora is jittery and admits she is nervous. They have a glass of wine and Troy starts having pangs of guilt, not wanting to duplicate the mood in which he seduced the truth from Lindsay. Maybe his feelings are real, or he is trying once again to manipulate Nora, but he tells her he can't do the same thing he did with Lindsay. They change plans. She tells him she is starving and she hates jazz. They decide to go elsewhere for dinner. (Yes, you guessed it, Wong Foo's too!)

They order the usual. They both admit they love take out. Troy admits they do not know each other very well. He wants Nora to tell him something no one else knows about her. She tells him about failing her driving test three times because she couldn't parallel park. She tells him she wore a short skirt the fourth time to keep her examiner's eyes on her legs, and not her parking. It worked. As they laugh and carry on, (yes, we was this one coming) Sam and Matthew walk in.

Line of the Day

Troy: I want you to see the guy who can't believe how lucky he is to be going out to dinner with the woman who makes that dress look so beautiful.

Nora: Well, you should have seen what the mannequin did for it!
