STATION HOUSE

Sykes told Bo that they had been thorough when checking the MacIver house
for Nora. All they had was Sam's claim about Will's phone call. Bo headed
off to Todd's hearing.

Sykes told R.J. that he'd made bail, and he had several felony charges
against him for the stunt he'd pulled on Manning! R.J. said that Vega and
Pellegrino weren't 'real cops' and Roseanne was the girl who'd lied to
the police about everything, so they didn't really have any 'witnesses'!
John said that the two had been sworn in, and he should sit tight, he
would be released in good time!

John walked away and leaned on a desk with a bad headache. Rae Cummings
attempted to make eye contact with him and he made a weak attempt to
dodge her, but succumbed.

HOSPITAL

Kelly got pretty flowers and a loving note from Kevin, which made her
smile. Blair arrived, toting a box of Belgian chocolates. Blair was happy
to see she had been right about Kelly and Kevin. Kelly said that Blair
had been unable to convince herself that she didn't love Max! Blair made
no denial.

PALACE BAR

Max spotted Lindsay at the bar and remarked that it was 'early' to be
drinking, but she said it was orange juice. He thought she would be
drowning her sorrows after her stint in court. After all, she had wanted
that baby to be hers with Bo, and now...all that was gone!

Renee sat at a nearby table and Max slid into the chair opposite her. He
presented her with a gift which she wasn't up to accepting. She knew that
it was a backward 'ploy' having to do with Asa! Max said that Asa wanted
her back and that they all needed her in their lives! Renee ventured a
guess that Asa wouldn't be so hasty if his own son was exposed as a
fraud!

COURTROOM

Bo testified as to what took place the night R.J. had been shot. Jared
Hall testified against Todd concerning a fingerprint found at the crime
scene. Sam argued that prints could not be pinned to a time frame and
that this one could have been put there 'after' the crime had occured! At
this, the judge set bail for four hundred and fifty thousand dollars and
found that there was 'insufficient evidence' to support the case! Todd
asked Bo if he had heard the 'good news' about Nora, and Bo expressed his
concern to Sam that 'Todd' was looking for Nora! Sam said that 'at least
one of them was looking' and wanted to know what Bo's excuse was!

HOSPITAL

Kelly complained as Blair nibbled every piece of chocolate to find one
that she liked! Blair said she might be 'eating for two', that she had
stopped taking her pills! Kelly said that the last she heard Blair was
only 'pretending' and Blair said that she was, but when Max had been shot
it changed everything. Kelly asked her if the revenge was 'off' and she
said it was. Then she looked horrified as she realized she had forgotten
to put a 'stop' on the computer virus!

PALACE

Max told Renee that 'they' were trying to get pregnant and she said that
if things hadn't 'changed', she would be a 'grandmother'! Max told her
she could 'choose' to be one, but she told him she couldn't, she was
sorry, maybe she could have before, but not now!

Sam and Lindsay were at the bar, and he told her that Colin had asked to
see him. He offered her the chance to listen and to tell her side of the
story...

Bo showed up at Colin's, and as he opened the door he asked him which
room it was, that he had kept Nora in!

Sam told Lindsay that Colin was going to talk,  she had an opportunity to
defend herself, and she ought to take it!

Colin said it sounded to him like Bo had been listening to Sam! Bo told
him that Will said Colin was keeping Nora there! Colin said maybe Will
didn't call! Bo said that Lindsay wanted to meet with him, and maybe
Colin should go too! If he didn't, they would only hear her side of
things, whatever that might be!

STATION HOUSE

R.J. pleaded for release but Sykes told him he was 'swamped' and he ought
to have patience! Rae told him he was having too much fun torturing R.J.!
She told him that what she had said to him, had been stupid. John was the
best thing ever to happen to her, his kisses made her walk into walls!
She wouldn't forgive herself if she messed it all up! She had to be
go,and asked if they were 'okay'. She kissed him, and he said they were
'okay'.

CONVENT

Todd walked into Nora's room to find an empty bed and Sister Agatha told
him that she'd tried to stop her, but his wife was gone!

SAM'S

Lindsay went with Sam to his house, to wait for the meeting that was
going to take place with Colin. What transpired, was a pre-planned
meeting with Bo, Lanie and Colin, concerning Nora. Colin, seeing a
set-up, attempted to 'walk' but Bo told him that they were all there to
find out the truth and no one was leaving until they did! Bo put Colin on
the defensive by questioning his 'affair' with Lindsay and the status of
their relationship 'now!' Sam took a few jabs at him and Colin reacted in
anger. He told Bo that he would believe anything Sam told him because Sam
hated him, and Bo himself wanted to steal his wife!

CONVENT

Todd was irate that the nun had let his wife walk! The nun said his wife
had 'insisted.' Todd yelled that his wife had a 'disease' and she didn't
know what she was doing! He told her she would have to answer to her
Boss, the Man Upstairs, if anything happened to Nora!

SAM'S

Colin said the meeting wasn't about 'Nora', it was about Bo and Lanie!
They wanted to be together and he was standing in their way! Sam told Bo
that Colin had helped Lindsay kidnap Nora! Bo told Colin how he had been
in the accident, had seen the damage done, and he wouldn't rest until he
found her! Sam said that Will had called and Colin didn't tell anyone,
not him, not the police, but then he came up citing a 'case' that only he
and Nora could know about! Lanie said that he had a woman in his bed and
he called her 'Scarlett'! Lindsay 'cracked' stepped forward and said that
it 'wasn't her, it had been Colin!'

HOSPITAL

Rae brought a gift to Kelly and said it was the least she could do, Kelly
had been shot because of her, the 'Daniel' thing! She asked and Kelly
told her that she and Kevin were 'together' now and she hoped Joey would
be okay. She told Rae that she had been so damaged by relationships, and
she and Kevin had been 'friends' for so long! She didn't know how to go
about being anything 'different'! Rae understood this completely!

PALACE

Blair asked Charlie where the virus was because he needed to 'stop it'!
He told her that it couldn't be stopped, 'once it had been launched it
was going to hit every...' Blair began to yell loudly that he had to
'stop it! stop it!' and Max came running around the corner, asking her
what was wrong!

SAM'S

Colin said that Lindsay was badly mistaken, as he twisted the fabric of
her jacket against her back! She said that she had been repeating what
Will had said, she had nothing to do with it! She asked Sam if Will had
mentioned her and he said that he hadn't. Lanie asked her sister to
please tell the truth...

PALACE

Blair told Max that the 'kid' had been trying to self her encyclopedia's,
and she 'hit' Charlie with a towel to make him go away! She landed
herself in Max's lap laughing, when he realized that they could use a set
of those books, for their kid! Blair jumped up and said she was going to
go and find that him to get some of those books! Max looked thoughtful as
she ran off.

HOSPITAL

Kelly told Rae that she was dying to know what was going on with her and
John! Rae agreed that she would tell Kelly all the details, but not just
yet! Kelly wondered about Daniel, and Rae said that no doctor had
discharged him, that was certain! Kelly expressed concern that Rae hadn't
gotten the information about her child. Rae told her what Daniel had said
about her having had a son, not a daughter! That "Max Buchanan" was her
son! Kelly said it wasn't possible, and over Rae's shoulder, Renee could
be seen. She had 'taken in' the conversation, and looked quite stunned...

STATION HOUSE

Sykes gave R.J. his belongings and said he needed a statement about Todd
Manning. R.J. said he would get around to it and Sykes told him that
Manning was already out on bail! He asked R.J. 'why' he had done it, was
it to bring Tea back, or for payback... R.J. told him that 'payback' was
very underrated, and he casually asked if Bo was around. Sykes wanted to
know the reason he was asking, but R.J. said there wasn't one...

SAM'S

Lindsay had her say to all three in the room. To Bo, she expressed her
disappointment that he didn't believe her anymore because he no longer
loved her. That Sam had given her his 'silence', which had hurt her
self-esteem. Her sister Lanie had the nerve to doubt her when their
father had done such awful things to her! She looked at the two men and
told them that she had never stood a chance with either of them! Nora
came first, and she always would, even though she was gone!

Lindsay opened the front door to make her exit and Todd stood outside. He
looked in at everyone, softly said 'surprise' and gently nudged Nora into
the doorway! Sam called out her name and Bo was floored! Nora faced the
room and looked at all of their faces...
