UNDER SUSPICION

There were D.E.A. agents with dogs sniffing for drugs at R.J. Gannon's
apartment. Roseanne arrived looking for him, and he alleged that she had
been helping Antonio. When he saw her face, he tried to storm out the
door, but met up with an agent who told him he wasn't 'going anywhere'...

THE DOCKS...

Jeff Barnes told Antonio he recognized him as the guy who had been
following him and R.J. Antonio said he knew that R.J. had it in for Bo,
he wanted to know what R.J. had over Barnes. Money? Blackmail? He said
that R.J. wouldn't let him 'walk away', that he'd end up like 'all the
rest'. Antonio offered his help, in exchange for information.

BABY MAKES THREE?

Max told Blair he didn't think she wanted more children. She said that
since she'd married him, she was thinking of kids and picket fences. She
told him that going to St. Thomas has restored her trust in him, and she
wanted to go home and 'light a few candles'...

'GRANDPA ASA? MEETS BABY MATTHEW!

Sam returned home to find Asa holding his son. He asked how he had gotten
in, but it turned out that his son's 'fill-in' caretaker had thought Asa
was the child's 'grandfather'. Asa said that "Matty" was a nice boy, and
he was going to 'get that little boy, legal-like, through a court order for
a paternity case!" He handed Sam the papers. Sam went to his desk and
extracted a gun, which he then aimed at Asa. Asa told him to put it down.
Sam warned that he wasn't playing a game! When Asa asked what Sam thought
he was doing, Sam told him that he thought he was 'killing him'!

 Ben came flying in to break things up, but Sam pulled the trigger. Asa
clutched his chest, and realized that Sam's gun hadn't been loaded! He
became irate and told Sam his gun was shooting blanks just like him and
that was how he knew Matthew was his grandson! Sam screamed at him to
'Get Out!' He put Asa's legal paper in his jacket pocket without telling
Ben what it was. He asked Ben if he knew anything that could help him,
with Asa, would he please tell him!

'BABY BLUES'...

Blair told Max she wanted him to 'make Skye go away', that she just
couldn't have a child until she knew that their world was 'just right'!
Max told her he would never say no to a 'sure thing'. It looked as if the
baby idea was a 'go'...

'MISS B & E'

Skye told Daniel that she was curious as to what he wanted to tell her
and Rae. He only restated his terms, the information in exchange for one
million dollars. Sykes walked into the room and Daniel said he wanted to
have Rae arrested, he'd found her going through his things, that she had
'broken in!' Rae maintained that she hadn't 'broken in', she'd used a
key, and she was his wife! Daniel accused Sykes of finding some reason to
arrest 'him' instead, but Sykes surprised him and amused Skye, by cuffing
Rae and reading her rights!

'NO CLEANING BILL?'

R.J.'s place was pronounced 'clean', as he knew it would be. He asked one
of the men where he could send the bill, for the clean up of his place,
but the man just smirked. Roseanne came in and said she couldn't believe
what they had done to him! He turned and accused her of coming to his
place to spy on him with her 'pig boyfriend'! He told her that she knew
Antonio had been there, that she had helped him, her and her 'white trash
girlfriend'! She admitted that Antonio had been there, but she had been
trying to 'help' things in a more general sense. She said Antonio wasn't
even a cop, how could he hurt R.J.? He walked out! Roseanne quickly phoned
Antonio, but there was no answer...

THE DOCKS

Barnes accused Antonio of not being a real cop, but Antonio said that
R.J. would kill him! He told Barnes that he used to be a gang leader, and
that the gang would do anything for him, anything. Barnes asked if he was
threatening him, but Antonio said it was only a matter of 'when' he would
talk, because he was going to talk eventually anyway! Barnes was about to
'spill the beans when Antonio was hit on the back of the head with an
object R.J. held in his raised fist! He went down on the docks, out
cold..

TROUBLE IN PARADISE...

As Blair spun her little fantasy web, Max told her she'd just proved her
ability to lie through her teeth! She admitted she liked money, but it
didn't make her feel better. He asked her what she would do if he told
Asa the truth and Asa threw him out. She said she fell in love with
'plain 'ol Max' and she would stick with him then too! Kelly watched and
listened, from the bar. As Max got up to go and see Skye, she walked over
to her cousin. She wanted to know why Blair had told her not to have baby
with Joey, but it was okay for her to have one with Max! Blair said she'd
just told Max the 'big lie' and he'd bought it, once again!

'BROTHERS, FOR NOW...'

Ben told Sam that Asa couldn't get Matthew, but Sam said he could! He
apologized to Ben, for not understanding when he'd wanted to kill Asa! He
swore he would die before he'd lose Matthew. All he needed was for Nora
to come home and find out that Asa had stolen her child!

HERO IN HIS OWN MIND...

Todd spoke and Nora lay in her small bed, unaware of anything. He seemed
curious as to why she wasn't waking up, but took no action. He spoke
aloud to her, he told her he bet he was the last person she'd expect to
be the one to 'save her'!

'BROTHERS, FOR NOW...'

Sam told Ben that Nora was coming home, but Ben said that he was
overwrought and overtired! Sam told Ben to help him find Nora, that Will
had told him she was alive, Will had seen her at Colin's! Ben looked
horrified!

'ARRESTING ' COMPANY...

John put Rae into a cell and walked in with her. He said he had told her
not to go back in Daniel's room and she hadn't listened! She said Daniel
was the only person who knew who her daughter was! He said that Daniel
was dangerous! She told him that he'd forgotten the 'bread and water',
that she was scared of 'rats and spiders!' He said he hadn't forgotten
one thing, and took her in his arms, and kissed her...

'OH DANNY BOY...'

Skye was bursting with curiosity, but Max barged into the room and as
Daniel made a comment on this, he told him to watch his mouth! He
reminded Skye that it was this man who had cheated his father out of his
life savings! He said that every time he saw her, he couldn't think
straight! She was so beautiful... He told her he needed to stay away from
her, that Blair may be pregnant...

'K.O.'D' AT DOCKS!

R.J. wanted to know what Barnes had told Antonio, but he hadn't said
anything. He told Barnes that the next time he saw Antonio, he was to
call him! R.J. was trying to push the unconscious Antonio into the river
when Roseanne showed up and told him to stop! R.J. accused her of being
in love with Antonio, but she said she wasn't, she just didn't want to
see him dead! As R.J. walked away, he warned her that there would be a
'reckoning', for the betrayal she was committing!

'BROTHERS'

Ben was shocked that Sam had gotten a call on a stolen cell phone from
Will! Sam said that Nora was alive, had been at Colin's! He said that
Lindsay lied to him constantly, he didn't know why he hadn't figured it
out sooner! Ben raised an eyebrow and Sam told him how Lindsay had all
but thrown herself in front of him to stop his going up the stairs at
Colin's! He hadn't actually 'seen' Nora though. Ben asked him if he
recalled the night of the train wreck, when he thought that Nora was
alive... Sam was angry that Ben appeared not to believe him! At that
moment Todd walked in from the back entrance. He told Sam that 'he'
believed  the 'coach', and he was going to help him find her!

'COUSINS, AT ODDS'

Blair told Kelly that Max 'bought the lie about the baby.' She said she
didn't have a 'marriage', that she was tired of being hurt. She told
Kelly that she intended to "Dangle a baby. Lose Skye. Take away all of
Max's money, and then blow him out of the water!"

MAX AND SKYE

Max told her that she was a risk to his marriage. She told him that Blair
wasn't pregnant and never would be! He accused her of using Daniel to get
at him. She told him that Blair was 'B & B' but he wouldn't believe her!
He said that the bottom line for him was that he loved Blair, and he
left...

ROSEANNE'S CONCERN

Roseanne cupped Antonio's face in her hands, but he wasn't coming around.
She told him she was going for help but he opened his eyes. He was
bleeding from the back of his head, and he said the word "R.J.". Roseanne
told him that R.J. wanted to throw him in the river...

'OH JAILER, PLEASE!'

The arresting officer and his 'perp' were still in the cell, in a
'lip lock'! Rae promised John that from then on she wouldn't even 'look'
at Daniel without his permission! She began to leave, but he stopped her.
He told her that she could shower at five a.m. and that her breakfast
would be brought to her by the guard! He locked the cell door quietly and
Rae looked surprised...

FINAL MOMENTS:

Roseanne told Antonio that R.J. wouldn't actually 'kill him'. He said
he'd almost gotten Barnes! She said he needed to get to a hospital. He
said no, and that she'd saved his life. He leaned upward, and kissed
her...

Blair told her cousin 'Kelly the Flea' to 'shoo' . Seeing that Max had
dumped Skye at last, she told him that it was just her and him, and
placing his hands on her tummy, she looked at him with delight...

At Daniel's hotel room Skye told him 'his services were no longer
needed.' Max had told her he was going to 'pursue other interests'. She
was upset that Max couldn't see how Blair was out to get him! She told
Daniel she could have betrayed him many times herself, but she hadn't. He
invited her to sit beside him and tell him the whole, long tale... Skye
hesitated,  and then, a gleam of mischief twinkled in her eye...
