Linda Dano was born on May 12, 1943, in Los Angeles, California to parents Ted and Evelyn.
Birth name is Linda Rae Wildermuth.
Was President of her Sorority, and received a scholarship to the University of California at Long Beach.
Dano majored in Design in college.
As a young actress, once worked
with Tom Selleck, who was then an unknown actor.
Dano first major role in television was on One Life to Live, playing the
part of Gretel Cummings, from 1978 - 1980.
Married Frank Attardi in December 1982.
Won the 1993 Emmy Award for
Outstanding Lead Actress.
Two of Dano's great passions are hunting for antiques and gardening.
Dano's restored homes were featured in the September 1999 issue of Antiques
Magazine.
Has a Spanish style hacienda in
Florida.
Played the part of Felicia Gallant for 17 years on NBC's Another World.
