Nora tells Blair the DNA test says he had sex with Blair. She tells him that the defense will use it to attack Blair and things could get personal. She asks him if anything went on that could be construed as rough sex. He says they made love. She tells him they have to convince the jury. He says that he was there after he raped Marty and he saw the look in her eyes. He says he sees the same look in Blair now. He says he told her she was playing with fire. Nora wants to know what that means. Rex tells Jen he has to leave so he can meet someone. She asks who it is and he says she wouldn't believe it. Then he tells her it doesn't matter. She says that he was just telling her that he loves her. He says if he thought for a minute he had a chance he would dump the other woman. Marcie comes in and he calls her nurse Ratchet. He says Marcie is on a permanent downer and wants Jen to be there with her. Al tries to kick him out and he tells him that she disses him more than she does him.
Lindsay tells John and Antonio that someone is following her and she wants police protection. Antonio tells her he is going to talk to Bo and see what they can do. For now he wants her to stay put and lock the door behind them. The phone rings right after they leave and 1st there is silence and then music is heard. She screams and hangs up.
Marcie is almost completely moved in. She empties a heavy one and she and Al start to talk about books. He offers to lend her a book that she hasn't been able to get. Jen and Ron walk in with pizza. Nobody wants to have a beer with Jen. Marcie tells her that she shouldn't drink being she just got out of the hospital for alcohol poisoning. Jen gets defensive and thinks they are calling her an alcoholic.
Nora wants to know what Kevin meant by saying Blair was playing with fire. He says because of how Todd is. He says he knew something is going to happen. Nora says if Blair did anything to goad Todd, then the defense is going to be all over it. He tells her that Blair did not deserve what happened to her and anyone that thinks so can go to hell and he walks away from her.
Kelly asks Blair when she saw Kevin. She wants to know how they came to be together. Blair tells her that they haven't talked about what happened. Kelly says it makes her nauseous. She says that she forgave Kevin so she guesses she has to forgive Blair too. Blair says even with it all out in the open at the trial. Kelly says what’s done is done. Blair asks her how she continues to love a man that rips her heart out and stomps on it. Kelly says she keeps taking Todd back after everything he has done to her. Blair says she hates Todd. Kelly says she hopes Blair can testify to that under oath.
Flash and Riley are fighting about the tour. The guard takes a 5 min break to let them argue in private. She blames his father for his decision. She runs off. The guard runs off after her.
Lindsay thanks Rex for getting to her place so quick. He says he was already on his way. He says that the killer may not be after her. He is after college women. Maybe he is after Jen. Lindsay wants to go there and he tells her that Marcie and Ron are there. She says that she doesn't care that she is going there anyway and she leaves him in her house.
Jen and them are still arguing over her being an alcoholic. Al tells her that she is lucky she has Marcie there because Marcie will help her through if she had a problem. He says that Marcie would lock her in and stay up with her all night if she had to. Marcie gets upset and runs out of the room. Ron goes off to take care of it and Jen tells him that the things he said are what happened with Al. He tells her he didn't mean to upset her. Jen tells him to leave.
Blair asks Kelly how she should love Todd after he raped her. Kelly tells her that a lot of people are going to get hurt if she goes through with it. Blair says that it is all about her and that’s why she wants her to drop the charges. Blair complains of a headache and Kelly tries to give her aspirin that she can't use being she is pregnant. Blair tells her that she got everything she wants.
Asa tells Kevin that if he plays ball with Dawes and his people will back him through the trial. Kevin says he doesn't need his help. He says he got into politics to do good things not to compromise. He doesn't like himself very much right now. He wants something else, something better. Asa wants to know what could be better than what he has. Kevin says he made up his mind and he is resigning in the morning. Asa tells him to sleep on it and give a different answer in the morning.
