Gay story on OLTL
- I think it was a huge mistake to dump that story with Oliver & Kyle. I'm sorry that ABC gave in to the pressure, they should've been stronger than that. ABC's done gay stories before, it's not like they're new to this. There was plenty of great story for the two guys raising the baby...the comedy alone would have been so great! The drama would have been so rewarding, and could've gone a long way toward changing some people's opinions of gays. ABC, you missed a great chance to highlight another side of life...a side that's there, whether other people like it, or agree with it, or not.

Gay storyline!
- I just have a response to shopgirl129 opinion. I know people have a right to their own opinion I just found this disturbing. You can allow your child to watch the show with all the sex and violence..who is sleeping with who? People kidnapping and killing people but can't watch people who are happy because they happen to be gay. I am a firm believer in whatever makes a person happy is ok with me.

- Well... I think OLTL missed a grand opportunity. The actors, characters, and story line were great and had a reason to be told. I was not offended. My mother was... it was too much. I think this is one of those deals where it needed to be a slow process. On the first kiss - you lost her. And, the story could have been told without the kissing until those like my mother grew to love the characters, want them to be happy, and feel as if it is a natural progression. Is it right - nope! But that seems to be the case with most of the those opposed 'don't shove it in my face'. When it is shown, it is just an expected natural occurence... not something that was 'shoved'

- Great decision, although I did like Fish. The gay story got a little out of hand. Esp.putting Dorrian in the mix. That story really sucked & I almost quit watching. I have been a OLTL fan for 30 years now.

Gay Storyline
- I miss Fish and Kyle. They could have continued the gay storyline if they would have taken it in a different direction. They didn't even write the characters out. They just disappeared and I think that sucks.

- i personal didnt mine it, i like that fish and kyle finally got together but i can under how some ppl wouldnt not like it, but i miss them and the scences with the baby i wish there was more with them.

My Opinion
- I would be ok with another storyline like this if OLTL used differant actors with more exciting characters. I mean Kyle was all over the place and Fish was ok. OLTL just paired him with a bad actress(Layla) and a bad actor(kyle) I liked his scenes with Stacy even to I thought she was a bad actress too.Are they really pulling this John and Natalie thing again?

- First we get the gay story line which I am SO glad they dropped. We get it! Then for a couple of months the show was going nowhere! I used to love the parrying between David & Dorian and now it's just plain stupid! Get some new writers please...

- I think it sucked. I very much enjoyed the guys and wanted to see them be a family with a child to raise. This is the future and they killed the whole plot. Plus we get crappy writting for the drinking seen with Dorian. Yuck
