Was Cole justified in beating up Todd, or should he pay for his crime? Does this also spelll the end of his relationship with Starr?

why you are such funny folk. anybody who is buddies with nora doesn't have to do any time. oltl have made nora judge and jury. it will never happen and with cole's temperament (bipolar) he'll always receive a slap on the hand. just think we can always blame todd. i'm so sick of everyone picking on todd you'd be surprised how many fans trevor has. like me.

I agree with mm112942. Anger management classes should be his punishment but if he goes to jail so should Todd for his beating that he gave Cole.

Yes. He should do time or community service. He was caught up in his anger and belief of Hannah's stories.

I think that Cole go off really easy. In the real world if a person beat someone up like Cole beat up Todd he would get at least 10 years. I do not trust what they are doing with the Cole character. He seems like someone who cannot be reformed. I am not a big fan of his especially being a father to Hope. I feel sorry for the little baby.

Cole should go to jail for what he did to Todd. I can't understand wanting to be with a boy/man that would do that to my father no matter how my father get in his face. I don't know any father/parent that wouldn't be upset knocking up my under age daughter. Cole has gotten away with to much and John and Nora always taking up for him, I think it's call enabling him. Cole feel as if he's entitled. He should be made to do 5000 hours of community service, and attend 2yrs of Anger Management Classes before he kill some one if he doesn't go to jail and I believe he want because this only happens to Todd

Cole doesnt seemed to be sorry for the beating Todd, he needs to serve soem time.

Considering what Cole has been through with Todd, to me, it was just pay back. Todd deserved it, especially the way Todd beat Cole up and Cole was a teenager at the time.

Todd made himself a suspect by threatening his rape victim, CrazyHannah found an opportunity to drive a wedge between Starr and Cole, should he have beat Todd? No, it made him sink to the rapist Todds level, he's done all the time he will unless he's leaving the show so Todd might as well drop the charges.
