- vickimo state that a mother should know her baby and I agree. I thought that a few time Starr was thinking that Chloe was her child. She kept looking at her. But I don't know, the way Starr is acting lately (with Schyler) I think that once the truth comes out that HOPE should go to Marcie. At least then she would have STABLE parents raising her.........
