Blair Manning

And Blair, immature and insecure woman that she is, heads over to Todd’s house to see Tea and at first she starts out by saying she won’t sleep with Todd again as kind of an apology. As always with Tea and Blair, things heat up and escalate into that same old “Todd loves me best and you’ll always be second” garbage and they have a good old-fashioned cat fight. How civilized. How mature. How disgusting to still be fighting after all these years over a man who isn’t worth their spit. These two women make me sick. They are pathetic. Now we have Todd showing up and proposing to Tea, but he’s not proposing marriage. On Dorian’s suggestion, Todd offers Tea the key to La Boulaie. Oh brilliant! Dorian thinks that by moving Tea into her house, Blair will finally be cured of her sick attachment to Todd. Yeah, like that’s going to happen in our lifetime. And I have even less respect for Tea than I do for Blair because she actually still let’s Todd speak to her and actually considers his offer. Todd gave her the ultimate insult when she told him that he only wanted her in Dorian’s house to annoy Blair and not to be with her and he admitted that his plan would do both. Wow, pack your bags Tea; this man is a catch!

Blair didn’t take Dorian’s news too well when she found out about Todd asking Tea to move in. I guess we have more catfights to look forward to. OH JOY! I think one of the most ridiculous storylines I’ve ever seen on a soap opera is the one between Markko and his father. If this stuff weren’t so annoying it would make me howl with laughter. What is with that idiot Ernesto?

Markko has been staying with Viki and he feels very uncomfortable about intruding, even though Viki and Charlie have made it very clear that he is more than welcome. Markko feels glad that at least he can now see Langston. So of course Langston is visiting him at Llanfair when Ernesto shows up. Poor Markko thinks his father is there to make amends and accept that he wants to be with Langston, but Ernesto is only there to drop off Markko’s things and tells him that he is no longer his son. OH, GET A LIFE ERNESTO! Markko is 18 years old and his father thinks that having premarital sex with a girl he loves is tantamount to committing murder. This guy even cleaned out his attic and brought Markko his 4th grade report card and his 1st grade spelling bee trophy. Oh, and I died laughing when Ernesto asked Markko, “Do you really want to live with people who name their houses and change their names with every marriage?” Excuse me: was this loser of a father and a man dissing Viki Davidson, a woman whose shoes he isn’t fit to lick? Now he really needs a reality check. Do the writers actually get paid to sit around thinking up this garbage?

Cristian still can’t stay out of Layla’s business, as if she can’t figure her life out on her own. Cristian heads over to Kyle’s apartment to try get more out of Kyle about what he knows about Fish and he finds a letter under Kyle’s door from Fish. He thinks nothing of reading the letter but only finds out that Kyle is trying to bring up something that Fish says is in the past and best forgotten. Kyle comes by and Cristian pushes him for more information. Kyle only tells him that Fish was in a relationship and messed it up badly because he couldn’t follow through. Obviously, Kyle and Fish had a relationship and Fish decided that he couldn’t deal with the consequences of “coming out” so the relationship ended. It is clear that Kyle didn’t want that and he thinks Fish was a coward for ending things and not facing up to whom he really is. Cristian doesn’t have a clue that Fish could be gay but Layla sure does because when they get home after a date, Fish once again can’t go through with sleeping with her. Layla was angry at Fish because he broke his promise to her about not letting the people at the station know they are an item. He gave her the lame excuse that all the guys talk about their girlfriends and their conquests and he told them about her because he needed to feel like one of the guys. Oh, and he threw in that he was proud that he was dating a girl like her, but she saw through all that. She asked him flat out if he was gay and he got really touchy about it. She apologized to him but she is no fool and when she and Cristian put two and two together, the truth will come out.

Cole and Starr finally get to spend the night together just before he has to go undercover. It was nice to see these two young people finally able to enjoy at least one night together and now we can only wait to see what Cole’s fate will be.
