Antonio tries to convince John to accept his resignation from the police department. John refuses and insists instead that when Antonio goes after Talia, he take John's old FBI friend with him.

Todd gives Marty a nightgown and tells her that Blair took the first one he had picked out for her. Todd then tells Marty that Blair said she was keeping the gown to wear for John. Marty convinces Todd help her with a crossword puzzle to get his mind off his problems. Marty is pleased when Todd tells her it’s nice to have someone to talk to.

At Rodi’s, Brody points out that Blair is annoyed by Todd’s new girlfriend. Blair insists that she is over Todd. When John shows up, Blair fills him in on how she accidentally took Todd’s package. They admit to being obsessed with the woman in Todd’s house.

Starr calls Cole but he isn’t happy to hear from her. She tells him that she wants him back. Cole again tells her it’s too late before hanging up on her. After he makes a call to look into Langston’s past, Clint and Nora wonder why Bo hasn’t gotten in touch with them. Cord shows up at the mansion, surprising his father. Nora and Clint tell Cord that Sarah is doing well.

When Cord heads off to find his daughter, Nora wonders why Cord is still single. Clint points out that he never got over Tina.

After Tess snaps at Tina, Natalie checks on her sister. Tess assures her that all is well but Natalie seems uneasy. Tina asks Natalie to put in a good word since Jessica doesn’t seem happy to see her. Left alone, Tina confesses to Sarah that she feels like a stranger in her home. Sarah wonders why Cain thought Tina was still caught up in Cord. After a little badgering from her daughter, Tina admits that Cord is the love of her life. Tina is shocked when Cord shows up looking for Sarah.

Tess hires Leo, a contractor, to rebuild the secret room beneath Llanfair.
