Layla and Fish are on a date, celebrating Layla’s acceptance into the police station as John’s new assistant. The waiter keeps making eyes at Fish and Layla makes a comment about it. Fish becomes defensive about it and wants to leave. Layla thinks that something is up with Fish. Meanwhile, Cris is at the Buenos Dias and runs into Kyle – who is looking for Fish. Cris explains that Fish and Layla are on a date, Kyle makes a comment about Fish and Layla’s relationship not working. Cris “fishes” around for information and Kyle finally explains that Fish is using Layla and Layla will get hurt. Rex is taken aback when Schuyler asks him if he and Stacy slept together, Gigi interrupts Rex’s conversation – not before Schuyler demands to see Rex at his place. Rex explains that he’s got to take off for an hour but will be back so they can talk to Shane. Gigi makes Rex promise that their relationship is ok before he leaves, which Rex does as he kisses Gigi. While Rex is gone, Stacy comes over and taunts Gigi about “winning” Rex. Gigi tries to ignore Stacy, but is devastated when Stacy tells Gigi that she and Rex slept together. Gigi kicks Stacy out, frustrated Gigi begins to throw things around the apartment.

Meanwhile, Rex arrives at Schuyler’s and continually denies that he and Stacy had sex. Schuyler explains that he knows Stacy well enough to know that she was telling the truth, Rex explains that Stacy played him by using his son’s life to get what she wanted. Schuyler explains that he knows Stacy and she will not stop harassing Gigi until she breaks Gigi down. Rex promises not to let that happen, he also tells Schuyler to stay away from Gigi because he’s back and will protect her now. Schuyler warns Rex to be careful of Stacy, because she will get to Gigi soon to tell her the truth.

Viki, Charlie, Shaun and Moe are at the Buenos Dias talking about how insane Dorian is to have concocted such a ruse to win the approval of Mr. & Mrs. Rivera. Noelle wonders what they all are talking about and Moe explains about Dorian’s dinner party. Noelle is shocked that no one is going, reminding them that the dinner is for Langston and Markko rather than for Dorian. Noelle explains that she will be going to Dorian’s for dinner, along with her goes a key lime pie. Dorian invites Markko and his parents into her home and continues the ruse that everyone is there – Moe is in the kitchen with Noelle, Shaun is upstairs with the kids and Viki and Charlie are on their way. Ernesto doesn’t seem to buy into Dorian’s act. Markko and Langston try to calm things down between the parents. Dorian goes into the foyer to make some phone calls and is devastated that no one is coming for dinner. Langston makes her realize that she needs to come clean.

Dorian returns to the living room to tell the truth when Noelle enters and apologizes for being late. Moe and Shaun quickly follow in. Ernesto makes a comment about Viki and Charlie being absent, however Viki and Charlie show up in the nick of time. Ernesto keeps making digs at Dorian for her past actions until Dorian has finally had enough and lets Ernesto know how she really feels. In front of everyone, Dorian explains that nothing will keep Langston and Markko apart and they are lucky to have each other. Markko’s mother tends to sympathize with Dorian and tries to convince Ernesto that Markko seeing Langston is a good thing. Ernesto wants to hear nothing of the kind and demands that his family depart immediately. Markko defies his father’s wishes and tells Ernesto that he’ll no longer be able to keep him and Langston apart. Markko leads Langston up stairs and tells everyone that they will be going to Langston’s room, locking the door and doing whatever they want to do. Rex returns to Gigi’s and sees the place in a mess, he asks what happened. Gigi explains that Stacy came by to chat, she asks Rex if he had sex with Stacy. Rex is speechless. . .
