Nora invites Bo to Capricorn to celebrate with Clint as a thank you for finding Dr. Greg Evans. Clint bestows Bo as his best man. Bo has his doubts about Dr. Evans. Greg is at Capricorn and comes over to introduce another doctor to Nora, Bo and Clint. Matthew and Rachel run into Destiny and Shawn at the palace. Destiny is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her brother, Greg. Shawn invites Matthew and Rachel to eat with them. Shawn calls Greg to find out what’s keeping him. He’s livid to find out that he wasn’t going to make it and disappoints Destiny. After Shawn and Rachel let the kids go ahead on their own, while they head over to Capricorn. Shawn is in disbelief to find his brother there with a woman.

The donor’s nurse stabs Roxy with the needle and leaves her unconscious. Before she goes she tells a comatose Roxanne that she works for the donor that she never killed. Jared, Natalie and Kyle find Renee in the bed instead of the mystery stem cell donor. Renee in shock to see them tells them that she’s there for cosmetic surgery. Natalie questions the nurse at the clinic to find out where the patient that used to be in room 302 was. The nurse informs her that the patient died. Jared and Natalie are livid at Kyle and demand him tell them more information. Kyle tells them that Roxy knows who the donor is. When Kyle, Natalie and Jared reach Roxy she’s out cold but eventually comes to. Natalie is outrage at Roxy for her not telling them the truth. Roxy informs them of the mysterious nurse and how she stole the donor’s blood. Jared tells Kyle to hit the road.

Rex tells Gigi that he believes her and that he was only putting up a front for Stacy. Gigi explains the whole situation again to Rex and tells him how she remained faithful to him the whole time. Gigi tells Rex how Roxy has been in on Stacy’s plan the whole time. Rex is overflowing with guilt for sleeping with Stacy. Rex was about to tell Gigi what he has done when Natalie and Jared come over to tell them the story about how Shane’s donor’s stem cells are gone. Stacy is at Rex’s place ordering food for their dinner when Shane and Moe stop by before a ball game. Moe gives Stacy a talking to about how everything she’s doing is a big fat lie all the way down to her supposed cooking. Stacy orders dessert and gets a knock on the door. Expecting it being the delivery person, instead it’s the donor’s nurse. She gives her a paper bag. Stacy opens it to find a bag of blood.
