Killing Me Softly - OLTL Recap for Monday, June 29, 2009

As Roxy was admiring her bag of blood in the fridge, the donor’s nurse comes up behind her and takes the bag of stem cells. She accuses Roxy of stealing the blood from the clinic and for pulling the plug on the patient. Roxy explains that bag blood is the only way to save her grandson’s life but the nurse explains she’s taking a life for a life. Roxy attempts to get the bag of blood back and uses a curling iron as a possible weapon but is unsuccessful when the nurse pulls out a dangerous needle from her bag. John asks Bo for his shield back and tells Bo that he needs to do something to keep Cole out of prison. Believing the Cole won’t survive in Statesville he requests that Cole goes undercover. He believes that Keagen , the officer that took Cole in was working along with Asher. Bo gives John his badge back and calls Keagen into his office. Both Bo and John tell him that they want him on their task force to get the drugs off the street. The officer agrees and John is ready to launch his plan.

Jared and Natalie pressure Kyle into giving them the donor’s name. Kyle explains how he doesn’t know his name but knows where to find him. He brings them to the clinic where he last saw the patient. Todd goes back on his promise and forbids Starr to marry Cole. After Starr threatens Todd that she’d leave forever after she turns eighteen, he finally gives in and signs the consent form. Starr and Cole bring Hope out to eat to celebrate. Todd blames both Blair and Tea and feels betrayed by the two women that supposedly love him the most.

Stacy walks in on Rex and Gigi’s reconciliation. Rex tells Gigi that he doesn’t believe her and that he’s with Stacy now. Gigi breaks down and leaves in a hysterical mess. Stacy beaming from ear to ear and asks Rex what Gigi was talking to him about. Rex lies and says he wasn’t listening. She asks Rex if he loves her. Soon after she apologizes for asking him and realizes that he wouldn’t have made love to her if he didn’t love her. A deceitful Rex tells Stacy he has to finish up something before returning home. Rex feels the guilt building inside for sleeping with Stacy. Schuyler begins to have feelings for Gigi. Gigi runs to him and tells him what happens. Schuyler is reluctant to tell Gigi that Stacy slept with Rex. Gigi goes home to drown in her sorrows when she gets a visit from Rex. She assumes he was there for Shane but he tells her that he was there for her and kisses her.
