Layla returns home to find Cris painting in the living room, after scolding him for turning their living room into an artist’s studio, Layla tells Cris about her date with Fish. Cris seems upset with Layla and Fish dating, he says it’s not a good idea to date a roommate. Layla thinks Cris is jealous, Cris doesn’t admit it, but when Layla and Fish leave he is noticeably upset. Tea is confused over the custody agreement, Todd fills her in on everything – Blair is coming to live with him because the judge said they have to live together to raise the children, otherwise the kids will go into foster care. Tea and Blair both think that Todd is absolutely crazy if he thinks they are all living under Todd’s roof (Blair, Tea, Todd and the children). Tea wants to leave the house, however Todd made a promise to take care of her and that’s what he wants to do. Blair, on the other hand, puts her foot down, telling Todd that he is the one who’ll be moving. Todd refuses to move into Dorian’s house and Blair refuses to move into his house – an impasse.

Starr can’t believe that Cole is going to have to go to jail, thinking the timing is horrible after they’ve just received their baby back. Starr’s dreams of becoming a family are dashes even further when Cole tells her that he has to go to jail for two years. Cole is depressed because Father’s Day is right around the corner and he let his baby down. Roxy marches into Kyle’s room as she demands that he move out ASAP so that she can rent out the apartment. Kyle threatens to tell Rex about the true identity of the donor if Roxy kicks him out. Roxy is in a no win situation, she steals all of Kyle’s towels and storms out the door. Gigi is readying herself for her visit with Kyle. She shows off her outfit to Schuyler, who seems to enjoy what he sees. Schuyler tries to convince Gigi that it’s a bad idea, however Gigi is dead set on getting to the truth and outing Stacy as the lying, manipulative witch that she is. Schuyler wishes her luck as Gigi leaves. Schuyler covers for Gigi; Roxy comes in for a drink and notices Schuyler having a little trouble behind the bar. Roxy gives him a few pointers, Schuyler tells Roxy of Gigi’s plan and Roxy becomes noticeably upset. Gigi arrives at Kyle’s, who just got out of the shower and is missing his shirt. Gigi explains that she wants to apologize for Rex’s behavior the other day and thanks him for taking such good care of Shane. Gigi removes an overcoat to reveal a sexy nighty. Kyle likes what he sees, Gigi leans in for a kiss – they kiss. Gigi immediately backs off as she realizes what she’s doing. Gigi apologizes and then begs Kyle to tell her the truth. Kyle maintains that he’s got nothing to hide but then sees an opportunity. Kyle reveals that he and Stacy switched stem cells so Stacy would come off as the donor. Gigi wants more information, Kyle promises to reveal the entire truth – if Gigi talks Natalie into dropping all of the blackmailing charges.

Rex and Stacy are basking in the sun, under someone else’s account, at the country club. The head waiter senses that something is wrong and inquires as to whose account they should be billing. Rex gives a false name, which is backed up by Stacy. Stacy is impressed with Rex’s deception; Rex is equally impressed with how Stacy covered for them so they wouldn’t get into trouble. They seem to be getting closer, the head waiter returns and reveals that he’s just spoken to the owner of the account they want to charge – the owner of the account claims he doesn’t know either Rex or Stacy. While the head waiter fetches security, Rex and Stacy make a break for it and hide in a cabana until everything calms down. There, Stacy and Rex share a passionate kiss. . .
