Layla is in the park playing with Aziza, Fish shows up. They awkwardly try to shoot the breeze, until Kyle shows up. Layla stands back but sees a heated argument between Fish and Kyle. Kyle takes off and Fish returns. Layla asks what their conversation was all about; Fish explains that Kyle isn’t a good person to know. Fish asks Layla if they could try to go out again. Layla, after contemplating, thinks they could give it another shot. Schuyler goes to Rodi’s to tell Gigi the good news – he received the results from the lab and has concrete proof that Stacey isn’t a match for Shane. Gigi hugs Schuyler just as Stacey and Rex arrive. Gigi almost tells Rex the truth, but then thinks better of it. Rex storms out, upset over what he just saw. Gigi explains to Schuyler that she wanted desperately to tell Rex, however she needs to know who the real donor is in case Shane has a relapse. Schuyler reminds Gigi that Kyle also knows who the donor is, Gigi has a plan – she’s going to seduce Kyle to get information out of him. Stacey calms Rex down by getting his mind off of Gigi. Rex admits that he needs to get over Gigi so that he can be happy again, Stacey wants to just forget about everything and have some fun – they sneak into the country club for swimming and drinks.

Markko, who is working at the country club, runs into Langston. Langston expresses her concerns over not being able to see each other. Markko admits that he doesn’t have enough money to dorm; however he will work something out so they can see each other. Markko’s father catches Markko and Langston kissing, he begins to scold Markko however is thrown out when Markko turns his dad in for not being a member. Neither Langston nor Markko can bear the though about not seeing each other, but Markko promises that he’ll do whatever it takes to be able to see Langston.

Blair wakes Dorian up, she can see that Dorian is hung over and ask about Langston’s party. Dorian admits that she doesn’t remember much, however she does remember firing Shaun, Moe and Noelle and then being thrown into the pool after a shouting match with Langston. Blair explains that she has to move out, per the judge’s orders. Dorian is flabbergasted by the custody agreement and demands that Blair stay at home – so she has the home field advantage. Blair will try to convince Todd, she also tells Dorian about Hope. Dorian is elated that Hope will be staying with Starr; however she doesn’t want Todd anywhere near the baby. Todd tries to smooth things over with Tea; however Tea wants nothing to do with Todd and can’t wait until she’s strong enough to move out. Todd helps Tea into the shower; Blair catches them as Todd is helping Tea out of the shower. Blair tells Todd that they are moving into Dorian’s house, instead of her moving to Todd’s. Tea is confused and is brought up to speed when Todd tells her about the new custody agreement. Tea, with a sly smirk and hint of sarcasm, wishes them both luck. Langston storms into Dorian’s room and tells her about Markko’s predicament. Dorian promises to make things right for Langston. Langston explains that making things right is the only way she’ll ever be able to forgive Dorian.

Meanwhile, Cole is trying to find the right time to tell Starr about his pre-dicament; however he can’t seem to get the words out. Cole is about to tell Starr when Dorian interrupts them, elated to find the baby back where she belongs. Cole holds Hope while Starr fixes Dorian breakfast. When Dorian is done, she returns to her room to sleep off her hangover. Starr wants to resume their conversation, Cole is hesitant to at first but know he has to tell Starr what happened. Cole tells Starr that he went to the docks, where Asher was waiting; he explains that he was never going to take the drugs however he was caught with them. Cole explains that he has to go to jail for 2 years and can’t help Starr raise Hope. . .
