Stop Making Sense - Recap for Tuesday, May 26, 2009

Bo puts out another amber alert in search of Jessica and the baby. Bo tries a second attempt to track Jessica’s phone when he asks Brody to call her. Bess notices the call and throws the cell phone out the window. Bo sends Viki and Clint home. Viki asks Brody to come with them in case Jessica came home knowing she’d want to see him. While at Llanfair Natalie starts blaming herself for Jessica’s disappearance. She compares herself to Bess, being Jessica’s shield. Natalie feels she should’ve told her parents when she and Jared initially found out. Charlie consoles Natalie. Natalie and Jared tell Charlie that they eloped. When Clint and Viki come home everyone is happy to hear of Jared and Natalie’s marriage. Brody confides in Charlie. Brody tells him that Jessica’s his angel and that she saved him when he was in St. Ann’s. Brody promises that he’d find Jessica and bring her home. Clint wants Nora to take time and start planning their wedding. Nora tells Bo that she’s engaged to Clint.

While driving Bess sees Tess in her mirror and they have it out. Tess advises Bess that she’d never last anywhere with the police after her. Tess wants Bess to tell Jessica the truth and Bess is reluctant. Tess enlightens Bess that Hope needs to be returned to her family, which gives Bess an idea. Todd is anxiously waiting for news at the hospital about Tea’s surgery. Blair goes to the hospital and waits with Todd. She tells him she’s concerned for Tea as well. Both are ecstatic to find out that they are grandparents and that their granddaughter is alive. Blair informs Todd that Jessica has kidnapped Hope. After Todd has realized he wasn’t the cause of Hope’s death he has a revelation. He blames himself for what happened to her Marty, Tea, and Powell. Later he tells Blair that he was sitting out in the waiting room when Blair got stabbed. Stacy bails out Kyle in exchange for him to stay quiet about the stem cell switch for Shain. While Stacy’s out Stan pays a visit and Rex answers the door. Stan informs Rex that Stacy is a liar and a thief and that he should confront her about stealing money from him. When Stacy comes home Rex questions her.

Schuyler visits Gigi to ask her about Stacy. Gigi unintentionally tells Schuyler that Stacy is blackmailing her. Schuyler begins to put two and two together and tells Gigi that he’s almost positive that it wasn’t Stacy’s stem cells that saved Shain.
