Roses in December - OLTL Recap for Monday, May 18, 2009

Rebecca sneaks into Chloe’s nursery and kidnaps her. After eloping Jared and Natalie catch Brody coming out of Viki’s house and confronts him. Jessica explains to them that she’s dating Brody but Natalie continues to play the protective sister. Jessica questions Jared and Natalie about their idea of eloping. Jessica later discovers that her baby has been taken. While tied up Marty remembers what happened to her the night she was raped. Todd encourages her to remember more. Marty recalls her time with her husband, Patrick and giving birth to her son, Cole. Todd tells her now no one can take her memories away.

Powell shoots Tea while she tries to escape. Tea survives with only being shot in the arm. Powell locks Blair and Tea in the basement and turns on the gas. Powell returns upstairs and gets startled to see Rebecca with Chloe. He brings the baby into the room he’s holding Marty and Todd in. Powell tells Marty and Todd that he had a special visitor for them. Not knowing that Powell was indeed holding her granddaughter, Marty asks why he had Jessica’s daughter. Still having hallucinations of seeing his friend Pete, John drives frantically to find Marty. Pete reminds him to think like a cop. John soon puts two and two together and figures out that Marty and Powell have a common relation, Todd. Cole and Starr come back from the prom to find Kyle at the house. Kyle claims he was babysitting. Starr grows suspicious when she remembers her brother saying that the family went to the movies. She goes to check on her brothers and finds Jack in the closet wrapped in a blanket and Sam asleep. John calls Kyle demanding answers where Powell was and Kyle hangs up on him. John calls Officer Fish and informs him that there was trouble at the Manning home. Kyle tries to run but Officer Fish is already at the door.

Tea and Blair start to bicker at each other until Blair starts to rip up her clothes so that they could block the gas coming through the pipe and demands Tea do the same. Blair tends to Tea’s arm and suggests that she lift Tea up so that they could escape through a small window. On their second attempt Tea falls and is unconscious until Blair shakes her up and revives her. Jack is so terrified he can’t speak. When John arrives, John shows him the photos of Powell and Rebecca. Recognizing the people in the photos, Jack pleads for him to find his parents.
