Starr and Cole resort themselves to the fact that they will have to exhume Hope in order to find out what killed her. Marcie and Mike stop by to see how Gigi is doing, Gigi explains what happened with Shane. Marcie thinks Shane will come to his senses and return home. Cole and Starr stop Marcie and Mike before they leave to explain what they want to do. Marcie is upset over the fact of disturbing Hope, but sees that both Starr and Cole really need to know why Hope died so Marcie and Mike agree to exhume Hope. Rex is so upset that he kisses Stacy and throws her on his bed. After a few moments, Rex realizes what he’s doing and stops, Stacy is noticeably upset. Shane arrives and announces that he wants to move in, which Rex agrees to. Stacy is furious as a curve ball has just been thrown to her. Shane tells Rex that Gigi told him about Brody, Rex is furious with Gigi. When Gigi calls Rex explains that Shane will be staying there a few days and asks Stacy to help Shane pack. Gigi agrees to give Shane a few days, but then wants to sit down to talk. Stacy tries to convince Rex that Shane staying with them isn’t a good thing. However, Rex is elated to have Shane living there.

John calls Ms. Kwon to announce that he’ll be stopping by today and wants to see Powell and his doctor, Marty Saybrooke. Ms. Kwon explains that a “Dr. Saybrooke” doesn’t work at that hospital and she doesn’t know of one. Kwon hangs up, John figures that Ms. Kwon was either in trouble or Rebecca Lewis really have a hold of Ms. Kwon. John checks in with Blair and they both give each other updates – Blair with Todd and the kids and John explaining that he thinks he knows who the killer is. John tells Marty to stay in the hotel room and call Bo if he doesn’t return within the hour. Marty agrees and John heads to see Powell.

Meanwhile, Rebecca and Powell put “phase 2” of their plan (whatever their plan may be) into motion. Rebecca reports that all the invitations are out. Natalie and Jared try to play dumb regarding the information that Kyle has, however Kyle explains that he knows the truth and threatens to call Jessica, Starr and the police. Jared and Natalie let on that they know about the baby switch and then plead with Kyle, explaining that Jess has DID and losing the baby will hurt Jess more than help her. Kyle understands their plight and agrees to keep quiet…if they pay him $100,000. Natalie is appalled by this request, Jared promises to keep in touch with Kyle. Kyle calls his sister, Rebecca Lewis, to explain that he doesn’t need the loan she was going to give him. John shows up and finds Rebecca in the hall talking with Kyle, he interrupts her conversation. John knows who she is, but Rebecca doesn’t know him. John grabs a set of keys out of her hand and enters Powell’s room. Rebecca pushes John into the room and locks the door. There, John finds Ms. Kwon stabbed to death.

Back in Llanview, Tea parades over to Todd’s house with nothing but an overcoat and a smile. When Jack sees this, he becomes immediately intrigued. However, Blair averts the situation and can’t believe that Tea and Todd are sleeping together. Blair plans to regain custody of her kids using this knowledge. Tea storms out, upset that Blair spent the night. Tea tells Todd that she’s going to see RJ, this strikes a nerve as Todd explains that he and Blair didn’t sleep together. A messenger arrives with a package for Todd and Blair, he and Tea go back into the house as Tea received the same package this morning. Todd, Tea and Blair open their respective letters and find an invitation – an invitation to the KAD Spring Fling 2009, the dance where Marty was raped. Marty, stationed in the hotel room with a gun for safety, sees a letter slipped under her door. It’s the invitation to the KAD Spring Fling. After seeing it, Marty begins to fear that something bad has happened to John. . .
