Officer Down – OLTL Recap for Monday, April 20, 2009

Charlie tells Viki that he witnessed her and Clint putting his hands around her waist and that he doesn’t understand why he’s been doing things for her family that Clint should be doing instead. Viki reassures Charlie and tells him it was an innocent gesture Clint made. Charlie brings up their living conditions and wants to build a house for him and Viki to live in. Viki tells Charlie home is wherever he is and expresses her feelings for him. After Roxy left Stacy’s bag of blood with her, Stacy thinks fast and throws it into the hazardous bin but Schuyler walks in and questions what she was doing. Stacy says she was throwing a tissue away but Schuyler doesn’t buy it. Stacy suggests that he check the garbage for himself and they get into a heated argument. Schuyler tells Stacy that she’s going to treat Rex as her bitch. Stacy leaves the room after Roxy gloats about how Gigi was going to tell Rex the truth. Later Schuyler slips into Stacy’s room and digs through the garbage to find the transfusion bag marked with Stacy’s name and takes it with him.

Roxy goes to visit John Doe with a liquor bottle in her hand and tells him that Shane’s transplant was a success and that she never has to see him again. John Doe grabs her throat and Roxy screams for help. John Doe releases her just as the nurse runs in and assumes that Roxy is just drunk. The nurse tells Roxy that the patient’s condition hasn’t changed and tells her to leave. John Doe reaches him arm out again. Gigi decides to tell Rex the truth but they get interrupted when Shane cries out in pain. Michael is able to get Shane’s fever down and medicate him for the pain but tells Gigi and Rex that there still can be complications and that Shane’s not out of the woods yet. Stacy witnesses what happened at a far and confronts her sister and tells her that there’s no way that she’s going to tell Rex the truth and convinces her that God is punishing her for going back on her bargain.

After hearing a rustling sound in the bushes John decides to search the grounds. He finds Talia face down in Dorian’s pool. When he retrieves her body he finds her wearing a KAD ring and later assumes it’s Rosen’s’. Marty answers the door to find Officer Fish looking for John per the Mayor’s orders. Fish and Marty go around back to find Talia with a knife in her chest and John beside her. Fish couldn’t help but ask if John did it. He informs him that they got the results from the lab and that it was John’s prints that were on the same knife that was used to stab Blair. Both Marty and Fish beg John to run and that he wasn’t going to be able to find the real killer while being behind bars. John demands that he wants Fish to make the call into to Bo. Fish informs Bo that he had found McBain but that there was a problem. He tells him that Talia had been murdered. Hearing this news Nora calls Antonio. Bo and the Mayor find John at Dorian’s and the Mayor states that John shall face capital punishment.
