Lay Lady Lie - OLTL Recap for Tuesday, March 31, 2009

Marty is stunned by John’s admission to marrying Blair to help her keep her kids. Marty justifies the closeness between them as a temporary lapse due to Cole’s accident and that they have no reason to be together anymore then tells John that he needs to focus on Blair when he tells her that he cares for her.

Blair assures Starr that she and John are only married for the kids. Starr then fills Blair in on Cole’s drug treatment plan and that she feels she’s moving on. Blair tells Starr to fight for her new guy without realizing that the man in Starr’s life is her teacher.

Cole is not happy to find that Schuyler is his counselor.Schuyler they need to settle things between them and tells Cole he only has himself to blame because Starr couldn’t count on Cole. Schuyler presses Cole to the edge then leaves, not realizing he left his phone. When it rings, Cole angrily answers Starr’s call. Cris and Jessica discuss their love lives. Cris teases Layla when he sees her at the diner waiting for a blind date while Jessica decides to surprise Brody. Seeing Cris and Layla together, her date tells her there is something going on between her and Cris and leaves.

Gigi lies and tells Rex that she and Brody slept together but Rex doesn’t believe her. Gigi insists that she put the moves on Brody and tells Rex that she believes that he cheated on her and that Brody had always been there for her. Jessica tells Brody that she likes him as more than a friend just as Rex storms out and demands that Brody stay away from his family. Jessica leaves in a rush when she realizes her error, leaving Brody to comfort Gigi.

Stacy extends her manipulation to Shane and tells him that he no longer has a donor. Roxy interrupts, telling Shane that there is another donor then confronts Stacy over her actions and gives her 24 hours before telling Rex that there is another donor. Stacy is thrilled when Rex tells her he caught Gigi cheating.
