Brody calls his psychiatrist, Dr. Levin, to explain his attraction to Jessica. Dr. Levin explains that it’s normal to feel scared about entering a relationship, but if the feeling is mutual he sees no reason for Brody not to pursue it. Jess invites Natalie and Jared to the Buenos Dias for breakfast. Over breakfast, Jess asks Natalie and Jared to be the godparents of Chloe. Natalie is so taken aback by the question that she can’t say anything. Jess explains that she wants to strengthen their relationship after what Tess did, and put everything in the past. Natalie and Jared promise to think it over, while Jess is out of earshot, Natalie asks Jared how they’re supposed to tell Jess about Chloe.

Starr, who is at the courthouse for Todd’s custody hearing, runs into Cole before he can take the urine test. Starr inquires about Cole’s hearing, Cole tells Starr to stop pretending like she cares – reacting to the message Starr left on his phone the night of the accident. Cole goes into the bathroom, knowing he can’t pass this test. Asher comes in and offers to take the test for Cole, explaining that he just sells and doesn’t use. Asher’s hidden agenda – to get Cole to continue to use drugs while in rehab. Cole agrees to let Asher take the test for him. John is watching Sam, Dorian enters the living room and thanks John for everything he’s done for the family – even stepping out of character to help Blair. John explains that he wants to see the children in the right family. John heads to the courthouse; Ray comes down and joins Dorian in the living room. Ray commends Dorian on protecting her family at all costs while Dorian shows her gratitude towards Ray for getting Tea to represent Blair. Ray turns to leave, Dorian asks him to stay so they can talk – talk about anything to get her mind off of the hearing. Ray talks about his life before prison, he can see that Dorian is intently listening and leans in for a kiss. Dorian has no trouble kissing back.

Rex is beside himself with grief after hearing Mike say the donor can’t donate because she is pregnant. Mike apologizes and immediately will begin to look for another donor. Stacy doesn’t believe that another donor was found. Gigi confirms it by offering to help Stacy pack, Stacy is upset that her plan to get Rex didn’t work. Gigi tells Stacy to return to Las Vegas and never contact her again because they are no longer sisters. Just as she’s leaving, Rex calls Gigi to tell her the bad news about Shane’s donor. Gigi now has to eat crow and apologize to Stacy. Stacy, with a snotty grin across her face, tells Gigi that her offer still stands – Gigi dumps Rex in exchange for her saving Shane’s life. Gigi has no choice but to accept Stacy’s deal. Stacy promises that, as soon as Rex and Gigi break up, she will tell Mike that she’s a match.

Todd arrives in court, shocked to find out that Tea is representing Blair. John, before entering the courtroom, runs into Marty who is looking for Cole. Marty is glad that John came to her for advice on the clues left by the serial stabber. John wishes he could stop the killer before he/she kills again. John also admits that he still cares for Marty, which makes Marty feel really good. John and Starr enter the courtroom as the judge calls court to order. Todd gives a compelling argument regarding his stability as a father – giving proof that he’s seen a psychiatrist as well as satisfactorily completing an anger management course. The judge wants to hear Tea’s side. Tea explains that the children should be with their father…their stepfather. Todd is just as confused as his lawyer. Tea explains that Blair has remarried and John steps up to say that he’s married Blair. . .
