Rex’s Father, Who Art In Llanview - OLTL Recap for Monday, March 2, 2009

Cole lashes out at Starr, accusing her of telling Mr. J about his drugs. Cole thinks Starr is interested in their teacher. She tells him that she can’t talk to him anymore because he’s too high all the time. After sharing a kiss, Starr admits to being scared of Cole and tells him that they can’t get back together until he’s clean. Schuyler and Stacy are reunited. He fills her in on how he recovered from his drug addiction and wonders why Stacy is in Llanview. He is amazed that she found her sister and he found her. Schuyler wonders what guy Stacy is hung up on despite her denying there is anyone.

Bo tells Matthew that David is his brother because he made some mistakes a long time ago. Matthew thinks his dad is turning his mistake into a lecture on drugs and sex but Bo assures his son that he just doesn’t want him to make the same bad decisions he did. Matthew promises to stay away from drugs. Bo suggests Matthew go to the dance to try to woo the girl he’s interested in.

David tells Dorian he doesn’t want the Buchanan money and wishes she’d give up her vendetta against Clint. She tries to convince him that they can have everything they have wanted, but David refuses to betray Bo. He tells Dorian that he is returning to LA to become an actor and asks her to join him. he to refuses to leave town but agrees to stay married so she can destroy the Buchanan’s. He tells her he can’t let her do that but she can go after Clint all she wants.

Rex fills Gigi in on Roxy’s confession that she murdered his father. He admits to being disappointed that Bo is not his dad but is glad that he has him as a father figure. Roxy pays a visit to a comatose patient, Rex’s father. She tells the man that she will do whatever it takes to keep the truth from Rex and no one will ever know that he exists.
