Fan Recap for One Life to Live

From Regina Skarzinskas

Kevin pressures Adrianne to tell him Duke’s whereabouts. She refuses despite his apparently sincerity in protecting them. Duke calls Adrianna from Asa’s plane and tells him he and Kelley are okay. Enroute to Florida, Duke insists that Kelley comes clean with him about her search for Ace and why she doesn’t want the police involved. Despite her initial reluctance, Kelley finally tells Duke that she is not Ace’s mother.

While Jen is at the health club, she confronts Marcie about her newfound fitness kick. She finally gets Marcie to admit that her agent is behind her “makeover”. Jen warns Marcie that pushing too hard could be unnecessary and even dangerous. After all this should be about Marcie’s book, not her look. Marcie convinces Jen that her expectations are realistic and that she is doing this as much for herself as for her agent.

Daniel talks to Riley about Jen. Riley is angry with Daniel’s persistent attention to Jen as a suspect in the Paul Cramer murder case. Daniel informs Riley that Dorian was let go and that Jen now moves up the list of suspects. He asks Riley just how well he knows Jen. Riley flashes back to some cryptic comments Jen has made over the last few months about who she is and what she is capable of doing.

Bo drops Matthew off at home and he and Nora discuss the Paul Cramer case. Bo tells Nora that new evidence has come to light about a bank account. Several large deposits were made into the account and they were investigating the sources. With Dorian’s release, the two lament that they are at square one again and discuss who might have the kind of funds being deposited. Jen pops up as a suspect again, since it is known that she was being blackmailed. Bo tells Nora that they have to start all over again. Daniel stops by and finds Nora and Bo together, again. He watches the interaction between the two as they relate their discussion and the new information about the bank deposits. After Bo leaves, Nora plants a big kiss on Daniel who has finally had it and confronts Nora with his suspicion that Nora is overcompensating as a reaction to Bo’s new relationship with Paige. He tells Nora that it is clear to him that Nora still has feelings for Bo and deep inside a desire that they reconcile. Daniel leaves and Matthew, who has been sitting on the steps, announces that he has been there to overhear the entire discussion. Matthew asks if Nora and Bo will ever get together again. Nora admits the answer is “no”; when he asks about Daniel, Nora has to admit that the answer is “possibly”.

Riley is working on a new song as Jen walks in. She realizes that the song is about her. When he realizes that she is standing there, he asks her about where she went the night that Cramer died. Jen simply tells him that she was upset and had to go for a walk. The more he questions her, the more upset Jen becomes as she comes to realize that Riley is seriously considering that she is guilty.

Paige arrives early at the hospital and informs Michael that she has been asked to oversee his work. She also tells him that she is there to support him because he will be going before the Hospital Board today. Michael admits that he feels as if he has been selected to be a scapegoat in the Tico Santi murder case.

Paige sees Christian for follow-up and questions him about additional injuries that were not present when he first showed up at the hospital. She asks him about the headaches that Natalie has told her about. While Christian seemingly tries to brush all of this off, Paige tells him of her concern for his symptoms, especially his headaches and suggests that he might want to talk to someone about the traumatic events of the past year. Christian brushes all of that aside. As Paige leaves, Natalie comes in to check on him. Christian tells Natalie that he is doing fine, and that doctor was not concerned about his headaches. He tells her that Paige attributes them to stress and that as his medical condition improves the headaches should go away.

Bo finds Paige at the hospital and tells her he just wanted to say hello. She asks him about the wedding and he relates the on again, off again relationship that Todd and Blair have always had. Paige comments that some relationships just aren’t meant to be. Whereupon Bo tells her that he hopes he is never involved in that kind of relationship.
