One Life to Live Recap for the Week of December 12 - December 16, 2005

Spencer catches Bo and Paige in a lip lock; Bo thanks Spencer for saving his life. Spencer explained how he had to be extra careful because Paige was breathing down his neck. Paige explains that she was just worried, Spencer leaves. Bo can sense the tension between Paige and Spencer. Rex meets Nash, wherein they talk about their relationship problems. Rex figures out that Nash is in love with Tess, Nash tells Rex not to give up on Adriana. Rex calls Adriana and wants to meet up with her. Rex receives a phone call from someone. David tells Asa that he will reveal Spencer’s plan – only if Asa will talk Dorian into giving him a second chance. Asa explains that he doesn’t make deals and will find out what Spencer is up to on his own. Spencer saw the whole thing and asks David what they were talking about. David swears that he didn’t tell Asa anything, Spencer asks David to join forces with him. Nat asks John how he could get involved with her knowing Cris was alive. John apologizes over and over but Nat refuses to forgive him for what he did. Nat explains that she’s not quitting the police station and wants John to see her everyday to remind him of what he did. Carlotta and Antonio are elated to have Cris back, RJ arrives at the Diner. He and Antonio sit to talk, RJ is furious with Antonio for not going to the FBI yet. Antonio explains that he’s been busy and will do it ASAP. RJ threatens to go to the court with the info about Jessica; Antonio threatens to throw RJ in jail if he does. Clint and Jessica await the arrival of Dr. Jamieson, the doorbell rings and to their surprise it’s a lawyer named Vinnie Stokes. Apparently, Niki called Vinnie and hired him to spring her from her Llanfare prison. Clint storms up to Niki’s room and tells her that she’s not going anywhere. Vinnie follows him up and plans to take Clint to court. Clint produces a legalized document, signed and drawn up by Viki, saying that if Niki should ever come out and instill her rights – Niki would legally have to be committed to a mental hospital. Clint throws Vinnie out; Niki claims that she has one more surprise up her sleeve. Nash shows up to see how Jess is doing. Jess blames herself for Niki having to come back out and plans to bring out Tess in order to revert Niki. . .

Nat goes to see Cris, wherein she demands to know why he kept his identity a secret. Cris explains that he thought he was protecting Nat. Nat tells him that whatever relationship they had before he “died,” is dead now and she wants nothing to do with him. Cris is taken back to prison. Kevin brings Kelly home, makes sure she’s comfortable before he goes to get her some food. Todd called Rex, who went to see him in prison. Todd asks Rex to help him get out of jail. Rex refuses to help. Blair, Spencer, Duke and Adriana are waiting for the funeral services for Ginger, Margaret and Todd Jr. to start. Ginger’s mother, Ellen, arrives for the funeral and meets everyone. Spencer explains that he tried to save Ginger but was unable, Ellen understands. Duke and Adriana make up and profess their love for each other. Rex arrives just in time to see they holding hands. Kelly also arrives to pay her respects. After the ceremony Rex takes Adriana aside and tells her how much he loves her and wants to be with her. Adriana tells him that she and Duke made up and there is no chance for them to be together. Ellen recognizes who Blair is and attacks her, calling Todd “the devil.” Spencer comforts Blair from the comment. Rex introduces himself to Ellen, Ellen remembers how much Margaret loved Ginger and the special bond they had – even remembering the summer that Margaret taught Ginger how to swim. Rex is taken aback by the statement, Ellen explains how Margaret was a champion swimmer – Ellen even has her trophies. Everyone departs from the funeral, except for Spencer – who kneels down by Margaret’s grave and says “no one will ever know what we went through together.” Clint absolutely refuses to let Jessica become Tess. Nash receives a call about his vineyard – which apparently caught on fire and was destroyed. Nash tells Clint that he has to leave but promises to return for Tess. Antonio shows up to tell everyone about Cris being alive, Jess is happy for him. Kevin pops in to hear them talking about Niki being back. Kevin can’t believe that no one told him about it, Clint apologizes for keeping him out of the loop.
