One Life to Live Recap for Tuesday, November 30, 2004

Nat finds Cristian wounded on the ground and John overhears Natalie's pleading for Cris to stay alive. Evangeline sees Cristian and is astounded to see that he is alive. Antonio and Jessica say that they were trying to keep it quiet. A few feet away, a wounded Tico waits for the paramedics to come. John continues to think about Natalie but makes plans to have dinner with Evangeline. An ecstatic Evangeline thinks she now has John all to herself.

Kelly is restless at the motel and wonders if they will ever find Ace. She thanks David again and tells him she considers him family. At the police station, Todd tries to bribe an officer into filling him on the shooting scoop and he gets thrown out. Gov. Brooks suspects Tico of attempting to assassinate him and wonders if Kevin is involved since Tico is his financial backer. Kevin denies any involvements. Adriana and Duke overhear the governor's accusations and Adriana quickly defends Tico. Duke suspects Kevin of involvement. Todd is trying his best to frame Kevin somehow and goes to Kevin;s house to question him. Duke suddenly decides to come to his father's defense and promptly throws Todd out. When David goes out for some ice cream, Kelly uses the motel phone to call Kevin since her cell phone battery is dead. Kevin informs her that Dorian is in jail - when David hears the news from Kelly he tells her he has to immediately return to Llanview. When she confesses that she used the motel phone, David says he has no doubt that Kevin traced the call and that he will be on his way to find them. As Kevin leaves the house, Todd snaps pictures of him leaving and pictures the headline for tomorrow's news: "Lt. Governor Flees Llanview After Attempted Assassination!"

Viki is worried about Jessica since she was at the press conference with Tico, but Bo reassures Viki that Jess is alright. Cristian regains consciousness after being treated for his injuries but is rushed to the hospital with Natalie at his side. Natalie tells Cris that it was John who saved him from being killed and Cris tells her that it does not even the score between him and John. Natalie thanks John for saving Cristian. Bo questions Antonio and Jessica about their involvement in the shooting. Antonio fills Bo in on Tico's motives and how he was trying to protect Cristian and Jessica. Meanwhile, Tico is asking the paramedics to bring him his wife. Jess reluctantly goes to Tico and when she tells him she hates him and he is going to pay for what he did, he tells her she is going to pay too and stabs her in the stomach with a pair of scissors he stole from the medical kit! Viki, who rushed to the hospital after receiving a call from Natalie, is just getting over the shock of seeing Cristian alive, when she sees Jessica being wheeled in with a stab wound. Antonio tells her the worst is not over yet. He overhears Paige telling Bo that Tico is barely alive. After they leave, Antonio tries to enter Tico's room but is stopped by a police officer.
