One Life to Live Recap for the Week of November 28 - December 2, 2005

Arlen and the other agents finally enter the prison, Carlo uses John as a shield so he can leave the prison. John breaks away and Carlo shoots at John but misses, John grabs the wire and runs away. John and Cris run into each other, John tells Cris he got the confession. John and Cris return to find Hayes dead, Cris trips the wire and the bomb goes off. John’s pinned by a portion of the cement wall. Cris tries to help him out but can’t lift the cement block, John gives Cris the wire and tells him to leave. Kevin, Kelly, Asa, Duke, Adriana and Matt wait vigil outside the OR. Rex is really freaking out over Bo, feeling that if Bo dies he’ll have the closest thing to a dad taken away from him. Adriana consoles him, Matt and Rex go to the chapel to pray. Duke tells Adriana that he loves her, Adriana and Duke get back together as Rex watches. Spencer tells them that Bo is stabilized and will make a full recovery. . .

Blair goes to see Spencer and confronts him about what Ginger told him. Spencer denies that he and Ginger were fighting about anything but a little tiff. Paige shows up, Blair leaves, Paige applauds Spencer for the act and she confronts him about the patient he made her lose a few years ago. Spencer reminds Paige that it’s her fault the patient died. Paige begs Spencer to give up his vendetta against the Buchanan’s, Spencer voes never to give up his goals. Van receives irrefutable evidence that Margaret did not die of drowning, because there was no water in her lungs, therefore Margaret died before she hit the water. Todd refuses to accept the verifiability of the evidence, Van quits thinking that Todd is lying to her. Todd convinces Van to stay on as his attorney. Blair goes to see Todd, asking why he hired a hit man to kill someone. Todd was trying to protect his family, Blair is still not convinced that she knows everything but wants to lie on the stand. Todd wants to get married tonight. Blair agrees to do so. Huge overhears it and doesn’t need Blair’s testimony to help him win the case. Huge tells Blair about the evidence that proves Margaret was strangled. Van returns to the station; she, Mike and Marcie learn that Nat is hostage. Marcie and Huge stay behind as Van and Mike head to Statesville. Arlen lets Van and Mike stay, Van wants the whole thing resolved soon. Arlen admits he doesn’t know if John and Cris are dead or alive. Huge thinks Marcie wants to be more that friends with Mike, but after hearing her take care of a complaint he changes his mind. Marcie comforts Mike, Mike hopes that Nat is going thru the whole ordeal by herself. Huge brings Mike and Marcie up too speed, telling them that John is still trapped inside the prison. Mike is really worried about John and apologizes to Marcie for taking it out on her. Van admits that she still loves John. John, with the help of Cris, fends off two inmates sent by Carlo to kill him. Cris frees John from under the cement wall, they plan to attack Carlo full force. Haskell leads Nat into the prison and brings her to Carlo. Carlo announces, over the PA system, that he has Nat hostage. Cris and John hear this. Arlen is made aware that Nat is inside the prison and Carlo is using her as a bargaining chip. John and Cris enter the Common Room, Carlo is holding Nat with a gun. John and Cris plead to let Nat go. Carlo makes Nat choose between John or Cris as to who gets the last bullet in his gun. . .
