Adriana and Rex go to see Todd in his office, but find a secretary in there. The secretary explains that they need to wait outside until she can get a hold of Todd. While the secretary is gone, Rex and Adriana sneak into Todd’s office. Rex explains to Adriana that his informant told him about a lawyer who was looking to buy a baby, the lawyer happens to have the same car as identified by the informant. Rex does a little researching online waiting for Todd to show up. Van is in the courthouse, shocked at reading the “Spencer-bashing” campaign Todd has started using “The Sun.” Todd and Blair show up to get the latest news, Van explains to Todd that the chances of Spencer getting an impartial jury in Llanview are pretty slim because of all the negative publicity Spencer is getting. Todd doesn’t plan on stopping the articles on Spencer and will make sure that Spencer gets what he deserves. Todd leaves, Blair tells Van that she wishes Todd would stop flirting with her, and then follows Todd. Todd and Blair return to the office to find Rex and Adriana there, Rex explains about the lawyer and also explains that he’s got bad news – the lawyer was killed by the tornado, as was the lawyer’s office destroyed by the tornado. Claudia carefully sips a drink at Capricorn, hiding it so Nash doesn’t see it.

Antonio and Jess are discussing their wedding set for tomorrow. Cris is waiting for Van to show up, Nash goes over to Jess and Antonio and asks to speak with Jess for a minute. Antonio goes over to Cris and they go over the list of things to do tomorrow, Cris wants to throw Antonio a bachelor party but Antonio doesn’t want one – not wanting to be drunk for his wedding tomorrow. Meanwhile, Nash is explaining to Jess that he’s done some reading on integration and understands that Tess will not be back – reaffirming his promise not to do anything that would coax Tess out during the wedding. Jess thanks him for understanding, Nash goes over to Antonio and explains that everything he was supposed to do for the wedding is all set. Antonio looks for Jess but doesn’t see her, Nash explains that she went to the hospital to see Kelly. Nash takes off, Claudia goes to tell Cris and Antonio about Nash’s dealings with Vince. Antonio doesn’t like the idea of Nash dealing with Vince and goes to talk with him.

Van shows up, she and Cris sit for a drink – they toast to the success of Jess and Antonio’s marriage as well as their own relationship. Dorian, Clint, Viki, Kevin and Kelly are all looking at the baby. Dorian thinks that the baby’s last name should be Cramer – seeing as how Kelly will be raising the baby alone. Viki and Kevin agree that Duke would have loved to be a father, so the baby should carry on the Buchanan name. Viki explains that its Kelly’s decision, Nat shows up in the middle of the little quarrel. Clint changes that subject and reveals the results of the DNA test, and of what Spencer did to Viki. Kevin is relieved that Spencer isn’t a Buchanan and Viki wasn’t hurt. Jess shows up to see the baby, Kelly apologizes for not being able to be in the wedding. Kevin and Kelly explain that they want to be alone with the baby.

Viki, Clint, Jess and Nat head back to Capricorn while Dorian wants to stay. Kevin doesn’t want her to stay, Kelly agrees with Kevin and Dorian leaves. Antonio follows Nash to his house and sees that he is working, Antonio offers to help and Nash accepts. The two work together to finish putting up a wall, then sit to talk. Antonio offers to lend Nash the money to pay off Vince, then Nash will just have to pay him back. Nash accepts realizing that being in a deal with Vince isn’t a good thing to do. David goes to see Spencer, just to dig it in a little more that Spencer was wrong. Spencer wants to know why his mom would’ve lied to him on her deathbed. David suggests that Asa was right, their mother was crazy. Spencer doesn’t want to hear anymore and tells David to leave. David makes a comment about Spencer having to get used to being behind bars, Spencer promises David that the charges will go away. . .
