Fan Recap for One Life to Live

From Jennifer Faulkner

Jen explains to Riley that she never planned to sleep with Paul. She only wanted to get Paul drunk enough to think that she slept with him so that he would give her Lindsay's sex tape. Riley can't understand why she couldn't come to him for help, and he wonders if she's reverting to her old ways. He leaves UV angry.

Jess voices her concerns about Lion's Heart to Tico. The house brings back memories about Mitch, and she thinks she'd feel more comfortable making love for the first time if they went away for a honeymoon. Jess also mentions that she gets bored alone in the house, but Tico is so busy with business that he barely listens to her, and he tells her that Sonia is no longer welcome in their home because she doesn't accept their marriage (but he's really angry that Sonia is an INL agent).

Dorian doesn't tell David that she got money from Antonio, but she takes Kelly on a shopping spree to celebrate the fact that she gets to see Ace more often. Later, Dorian gets arrested for spending marked bills in various places, and she calls David from the police station.

Daniel tells Nora that he understands her friendship with Bo. In addition, he says that Bo made it clear that he (Bo) and Nora could never be more than friends. Nora reacts surprisingly, and seems to hide disappointment at the news. Later, she talks to Bo and has the same reaction when he affirms his discussion with Daniel.

At the diner, Nat tells John that she realizes she only dated Paul because she knew that Paul would get her in trouble, and then John would get worried and pay more attention to her. She says it was really selfish of her, and she's very sorry. John can't stay mad at her; he just wants her to be careful and stay away from Paul.

Sonia decodes the disk that Antonio found in the vault, and she finds incriminating information about many powerful people in the world. Manuel Santi used it to keep those people "in his pocket," so to speak. If El Tiburón gets his hands on it, he can rule the Santi organization. Antonio also shows Sonia a letter he found from his father. Manuel had written that he watched both his boys grow up, and he found Tico to be weak and heartless. He saw a lot of himself in Antonio, and he wanted Antonio to take over the organization. Sonia and Antonio realize that Manuel already revealed this information to Tico, and they believe that Tico killed him.

Jess tells Tico that she'll be ready to make love soon. It's just taking her awhile to get used to their fast courtship and marriage. Tico says he's a patient man, and he knows she'll be worth the wait. She'll be Mrs. Santi in every way, and she'll produce an heir. Jess thinks that sounds so old-fashioned, but he says, "Well, I'm very traditional, like you are. We're the same, Jessica. We believe in family above all else." With that, he leaves the house on business, and Jess is left alone.

Matthew tells Bo about a bully at school who makes him and several other kids hand over their lunch money. Bo lovingly "deputizes" Matthew and tells him to gather a group of kids, a posse, who can join together and make the bully realize that he might be able to beat one kid at a time, but he can't beat them all at once. Matthew thinks the idea is great, and he can't wait to assemble his friends and put the bully in his place. Daniel cancels a date with Nora when Riley needs him.

Kelly tells David that they should talk about their connection because neither of them wants to hurt Dorian. However, Jess arrives and interrupts them, so they never talk. Kelly decides to move out of Dorian's to keep away from David.

Rex tries comforting Jen after Riley runs out of UV angry. Unfortunately, Shannon arrives to see his arms around Jen, and she leaves without him seeing her.

Nat has memories of her heated history with John, and she leaves Jess a phone message, trying to sound cheery. "Jess, it's Nat. Call me. No big deal, just call me when you can. I'm fine." Later, she leaves another message and admits that she's not so fine after all.

John visits Sonia and tries getting info from her, but she says everything is over now that El Tiburón is dead. In turn, John says he's tired of trying to help someone who doesn't want to be helped. Meanwhile, Antonio arrives at Lion's Heart to see Jess.
