One Life to Live Recap for the Week of October 17 - October 21

Spencer tells Todd about Ginger’s relationship to Margaret. Blair is glad to have Ginger out of the house, Spencer calms Blair down – Todd threatens Spencer if he touches Blair again. Blair can see that something isn’t right with Todd, Todd apologizes for hiring Ginger without doing a proper background check. Blair doesn’t believe that hiring Ginger is the thing that’s bothering him, Todd swears that it’s the only thing. Denton calls saying that the police are close to identifying the body. Todd runs off to meet with Denton, Starr comes home wondering why Ginger didn’t pick her up. Blair explains why she had to fire Ginger. Todd tries to change his appearance to divert any witnesses descriptions. Denton meets with Todd, Ginger comes over and wants to talk. Todd tells her to stay away from his family. Matt runs out to Bo and Paige to tell them Nora woke up. Paige goes to check on Nora who seems to be unresponsive to her, Matt thinks something is wrong – he asks Nora to squeeze his hand but she doesn’t. Mike shows up to examine Nora. Matt doesn’t want to leave for fear that Nora will die. Bo gets Matt to leave the room. Mike and Paige examine Nora and determine that it was an involuntary response. Paige tells Matt that Nora slipped back into a coma. Bo still fells responsible, Rachel overhears and also blames Bo for Nora’s condition. Matt overhears Rachel blaming Bo for Nora being sick. Maryanne comes to pick up Matt before Bo can explain. Spencer shows up to examine Nora, Spencer thinks that Nora dying could be her ticket to Bo and her freedom. Paige can’t believe that Spencer would ever suggest that. Viki thinks Jess is in trouble. Layla pops in to see Viki, she wants Viki to help her stop Jess from ruining Antonio’s life. Viki is taken aback by the statement, Layla doesn’t want the social worker to find Jess with Antonio. Layla tells Viki that Jess is in Llanview and that she’s mentally sick. Viki and Layla go to Antonio’s loft. Nash wants to bring Jess home, Jess doesn’t want to go anywhere and admits that she’s pregnant but doesn’t know who the father is. Jess thinks it’s time to tell Nash about her DID. Nash wonders if Jess is upset over almost aborting the baby, Antonio is shocked to hear that Jess was even thinking about abortion. Jess says that it wasn’t ‘her’ choice to get rid of the baby. Tess tries to come out, but Jess is strong enough to revert her. Viki bursts in demanding to see Jess, Nash tells her that Tess is pregnant. Viki demands to know why Nash is calling Jess “Tess.” Antonio tries to calm Viki down and goes to get Jess. Antonio tells them that Jess is gone. . .

John goes to see Cris, Cris thinks that John isn’t keeping the secret from Nat for him but rather himself. John calls Cris on his bluff, by saying that he’ll tell Nat ASAP. John plans to get Cris transferred to another prison, Cris doesn’t want to leave Statesville. Blair tells Todd that Starr has locked herself in her room and keeping secrets. Blair feels that lie and deceit are hurting her family, not Margaret or Ginger – she blames Todd for it. Todd wants to leave Llanview, Starr says that she doesn’t want to leave. Blair and Starr both know that there is no reason to run away from their families. Blair can see Todd’s secret is eating away at him and wishes he would get it all out. Blair and Starr head to Dorian’s bachelorette party. Denton calls Todd to tell him that the police are in the midst of getting the DNA results from the log. Layla returns home to a hostile sister. Van asks why she wants to help Antonio so much, Van feels Antonio is using Layla. Layla feels Van is channeling her anger towards John to her. Van apologizes, so does Layla – Layla leaves. Van finds out what happened to Cris. Nash and Antonio argue over who’s fault it was. Viki wants answers from Nash. Viki goes after Jess alone. Antonio tells Nash that Tess is sick. Nash doesn’t believe a word Antonio says. Antonio wants Nash out of Jess’ life, Nash reminds him that he might have a baby with her. Antonio leaves to find Jess, Nash thinks that Tess wants to be with him. Layla brings Jamie to Antonio, Nash takes off. Kelly meets with David, David doesn’t want to spend his night with the Buchanan’s and doesn’t want to get married. Kelly tells David that he can’t call off the wedding, David doesn’t like all the prep work involved with the wedding but will go thru with it. Kelly reminds David of how miserable he was when he split up with Dorian, David doesn’t want the Buchanan’s to fund his bachelor party.
