One Life to Live Recap for Wednesday, August 18, 2004

Lindsay is sitting at Rodi’s bar, she is having a drink. Nat is just leaving her shift. Dan and Nora come in as Lindsay eyes them. Nora thanks Dan for taking care of him when she was sick and apologizes for ruining his weekend getaway. Dan tells Nora that it was no problem they missed the weekend and he’s looking forward to the future. Dan and Nora embrace in a kiss. Lindsay comes over and tells Dan that Nora has been with all the men she all ready had. Dan tells Lindsay to leave.

John is talking to Antonio. Antonio has had no luck with finding Carlotta. John says that the body was identified by the fibers on his jacket matching the fibers found at Capricorn but they have no concrete evidence to arrest R.J. or Sonia.

R.J. asks Sonia why she doesn’t trust him. Sonia admits that she trusts R.J. as much as he can trust her. R.J. laughs and asks if she is attached to anyone. Sonia says she is free. R.J. plants a kiss on her. Sonia hits him and says she isn’t looking to get involved. R.J. apologizes for kissing her but had to see just how involved with Antonio she is. Sonia promises to keep her distance from him and leaves. Van comes in and wants to talk to R.J. R.J. is shocked to see her at his apartment without her calling and asks why she and John shared a game of pool the same night they broke up. Van tries to cover up by saying that John just wanted to talk.

Jess arrives at Lion’s Heart for what she thinks is a casual dinner. Jess sees that the dining room has been elaborately decorated with flowers and candles. Tico, elated that Jess has arrived, tells her that he is planning a banquet to honor Viki and raise money to help with heart disease in women. Jess thinks it’s a great idea. Tico asks her to help and Jess accepts the invitation to help. Jess and Tico begin looking at antiques and paintings throughout the house. Tico explains each piece and then asks Jess to dance.

Sonia ends up at Rodi’s. John shows up and asks Sonia about the letter found on Antonio’s desk. Sonia claims she knows nothing about it and leaves. John takes her glass for fingerprints. Roxy ends up coming in for a drink at the bar.

Adriana confesses to David that she thinks she might be pregnant and begs him not to tell Dorian. David admits that he’s not good at these kinds of situations and thinks it’s a good idea to tell Dorian. Dorian enters with a pregnancy test and asks Adriana why it was under her bed. Adriana tells Dorian that she might be pregnant. David gives them a minute alone and begins to leave. Dorian says she is afraid for Adriana. David tells Dorian that she’ll do fine and takes off. Dorian goes in to see Adriana and tells her that they need to find out if she is pregnant or not.

Nat is alone on the roof of the hotel reading the letter from Viki. John shows up and is sorry for interrupting her. Nat tells him to stay as she shows him the letter. John tells Nat to talk to Viki and sort out their problems. Nat proclaims that she won’t change her life for Viki. Van interrupts them and says she is going for dinner. John will join her and asks Nat to come. Nat stays behind to wait for Paul. Nat is alone again and calls Viki but gets her voicemail. Nat leaves a message for Viki to call her soon.

As Tico and Jess dance he leans in for a kiss but Jess’ phone rings. She goes to answer it only to find a bad connection with Antonio. Tico apologizes for trying to kiss her. Jess goes to leaves. Sonia comes home looking for Angelina. Sonia and Angelina come down the stairs arguing. Jess says she’s on her way out and leaves. Tico asks why they were fighting.

Lindsay goes on about how Nora is always stealing her men. David comes in and takes Lindsay away from Nora before a brawl emerges. Lindsay and Roxy go at it until Lindsay takes off. Nora tells Dan that Lindsay is crazy. Dan and Nora share a kiss. John and Van walk in to see them. Van is sorry to interrupt and asks how the trip went. Nora says it was good. John tells Dan that he sent Sonia’s fingerprints to the F.B.I. but they won’t release any information about her. Dan wonders why.

Dorian convinces Adriana to use the pregnancy test. Adriana comes back with the test in hand. She gives it to Dorian and begins to pray that she isn’t pregnant. Dorian says they will know in a few minutes. . .
