Rex desperately searches for Adriana, but whenever Adriana sees him coming she hides behind the bushes. Rex is talking to Bo, who is trying to calm him down. Rex explains that he needs to find Adriana ASAP, Bo tells Rex that he has to calm down and not get nervous. Rex wants to call Dorian to warn her, Bo doesn’t think it’s a good idea. Rex opts not to call Dorian, but resumes his search for Adriana. Bo tells Rex to keep his cool, explaining that Adriana couldn’t have gotten off the island tonight. Rex continues his search, but comes up with nothing. The homeless man sees Adriana and forces her to go back to his little shack on the beach, wherein he explains that he just wanted to know what was wrong. Adriana thinks Rex is still behind her stalker, but the homeless man doesn’t think so. Adriana sees Rex’s car and wants to get off the island, the homeless man explains that the ferry leaves early in the morning, but he knows where a boat is. Adriana opts to follow the homeless man to the boat and rows to the mainland. Adriana is walking along a road when a man stops and asks if she needs a ride, seeing as how he is going to NYC. Adriana accepts the ride but fails to notice a black sweatshirt lying in the back seat. . .

Jess runs into Nash at Rodi’s, wherein she sits with him to have breakfast. Jess tells him about her nickname for Brennan, Nash takes it as them not wanting the baby to be a reminder of him. Jess explains why they did it and asks Nash about when Tess was out, Nash thinks Jess is curious about Tess’ actions. Jess explains that she wants the memories so she can integrate quicker, Nash doesn’t see it like that. Jess storms off. Claudia is rehearsing as Antonio sets up the bar for tonight. A man walks in, Antonio explains that the bar is closed but the man advances towards Antonio and Claudia. The man pulls a gun and demands the money from the safe. Claudia ducks, distracting the man as Antonio hurls a bottle of wine at him. The gun goes flying, Antonio attacks and restrains the man as Claudia calls the police.

Rex searches, unsuccessfully, for Adriana. He goes against Bo’s advice and calls Dorian, Dorian is a little upset that Rex didn’t call earlier and explains that she will not call him if Adriana calls her. Rex scans the beach and spots the homeless man, as he approaches the man the man runs away. Rex runs after him and catches him, the homeless man explains that he told Adriana where to find a boat and she took off for the mainland last night. Todd and Blair watch vigil over Starr, Clint and Dorian show up to be there for both parents. Dorian wishes that Todd would just leave her family alone. Todd makes another dig at Spencer, Blair explains that she and Todd both want the same thing – saying that they both want their daughter to be ok. Starr opens her eyes and tries to talk, Dorian sees this and advances towards Starr to check her out. Dorian thinks that Starr will be ok. Blair sneaks out to go see Van, en route she calls John and tells him about the picture she found of Spencer and his father with the gun. John wants to see it, Blair explains that she left it at the hospital front desk. Blair goes to see Van, congratulating her on getting her eyesight back. Van tells her to thank Todd for that, Blair explains that she thinks Todd has feelings for her. Van explains that she is with Cris and loves him. Blair takes off, she returns to Starr’s room and tells Todd where she was.

Todd explains that he didn’t mind spending the money for Van because he was just returning the favor. Todd goes to see how Van is doing, Van tells him what Blair said. Todd explains that he feels happy for her, but nothing else. Blair watches over Starr as he opens her eyes and calls out for Todd. Bo returns to his office as he is reinstated as commissioner. John shows up and they talk about nailing Spencer. Bo knows that Blair is fairly close to getting something on him. John wants to get Spencer for killing his father, Bo promises that they will. John explains about the photo that Blair left for him and he goes to pick it up.
