Van shows up and tells Todd that she is praying for them all, hoping Starr is ok. Todd gives Van a hug as he sees her to her room. Blair cringes when Todd hugs Van, but has to keep her cool. With Todd gone, Blair whispers to Starr that everything will be ok – promising to make everything ok with their family. David calls Spencer and entices Spencer to meet him at the docks. Once at the docks, David reveals that Lenny was taken into the station but didn’t give him up. Spencer is relieved that Lenny didn’t turn him in, but wishes the police would leave Lenny alone. David explains to Spencer that, even though he didn’t do anything, when he confessed to killing Thomas he felt a wave of guilt being lifted off his conscious. David returns to that station and tells John what he did. John wishes David would’ve not done anything, but it’s too late now. Nat breaks up a fight between the two, explaining that David was trying to help. John came too far to lose his cool now, David apologizes he didn’t get more out of Spencer and wishes John luck.

Matt goes to check on Nora, Nora assures Matt that she will not fire another nurse. Matt promises to take care of Nora when she needs help. Bo and Hugh go to see Matt and Nora. Bo, after making sure Nora is ok, takes off to get a good nights sleep. Hugh explains to Nora what’s been going on at the courthouse, revealing that John is close to getting Spencer but has no proof to take to court. Nora hopes John gets Spencer. Kevin wants to know what Kelly could possibly want at this hour, Kelly explains that she needs to talk to him about Duke. Kevin thinks he knows what’s going on, thinking Kelly is still having trouble deal with Duke’s death. Kevin is beside himself when Kelly tells him that she is pregnant with Duke’s child. Kevin sits to collect his thoughts but explains that he doesn’t know what to think. Kelly wishes things were different, Kevin knows that if things were different Duke would be alive and he and Kelly would have their own child. Kevin storms upstairs as Kelly breaks down apologizing. . .

Clint takes Viki to go see Starr, Viki is heartbroken to think that Starr might have brain damage. They somehow get on the subject of Dorian, Viki asks Clint if he’s slept with her. Clint reminds Viki that it is none of her business, Viki apologizes and agrees with him that it is none of her business. Clint knows that it bothers her, Viki explains that all she wants to Clint is for him to be happy. Clint says that he is happy with Dorian. Nash shows up to see Brennan, Antonio is less than thrilled to see Nash and goes to take care of Brennan. Nash gets a call from Bruce, Bruce tells Nash that he’s going on vacation for a while. Nash explains that he doesn’t need Bruce’s help for anything else anymore. Jess remembers when Bruce put a drug in Tess’ drink, Nash is glad to see Jess is remembering Tess’ actions. Jess explains that she will have all of Tess’ memories once integrated. Antonio returns and tells Nash to leave, Nash wants to go see the baby but Brennan is sleeping. Nash takes off, Antonio explains to Jess that he doesn’t want to call the baby Brennan anymore. Jess wants to give her a nickname, they settle on Bree. Jess explains that she still wants Nash to be a part of Bree’s life, Antonio can understand and accept that.

Marcie is spying on Tommy’s foster parents, Lindsay sneaks up behind her to see what’s up. Marcie explains what happened the other night, Lindsay is a little skeptical at first but then changes her mind when she sees the foster parents both drinking and then leaving Tommy with the bartender while they dance. Marcie takes out her cell phone and snaps a few pictures, then she storms to the bar demanding the bartender for Tommy. The foster parents try to come over and start something, Nash shows up and gets them to back off – threatening to call the police. Meanwhile, Marcie calls child services to see if she can get in touch with someone. Lindsay thanks Nash for helping them, she can also see that he took care of the baby out of paternal instinct.
