One Life to Live Recap for Wednesday, August 4, 2004

Marcie and Mike are at the police station. Marcie comes across the file about the bones found at the construction site. John sees them and tells them that the case is cold. Marcie, John and Mike begin to go over some facts and possible scenarios. Marcie finds out that the lady, whose name is Amy, was engaged to a Lord but having an affair with a man named Charles McBain.

Rex is at Rodi’s while Nat is working. Nat tells him that she’s had all of her money transferred to a blind trust fund for her children, if she has any. Rex hopes that Paul likes Nat for Nat and not for her money. Nat says money only gives misery, not happiness. Rex disagrees and suggests she give a few million to Paul.

Tico hopes Adriana is okay. Dorian assures him that Adriana will be fine and invites Tico back to her house. David comes over and tries to entice Tico into investing in Craze. Dorian tells David that she needs to go.

Antonio and Angelina are talking about Jamie. Sonia comes over and takes Angelina away. Antonio becomes suspicious of Sonia’s actions and approaches Angelina again. Sonia quickly whisks Angelina away but not before Antonio catches a peek at a locket around Angelina’s neck. Sonia takes Angelina upstairs. Antonio tells Jess something more is going on.

Angelina begins to clean up after the guests. Tico tells Sonia that he has to go out for a while and keep an eye on Angelina. Sonia tells Angelina that the farther away from Antonio she stays, the better she will be.

Nat assures Rex that Paul loves her, not her money. Rex is still skeptical. John comes over and asks Nat how she’s been. Nat wonders why he really came over. John challenges her to a game of pool. Nat accepts and they go over and play.

River calls Adriana and asks her to give him another chance before he goes away to Julliard. Adriana tells him not to call anymore and hangs up the phone. David and Dorian return home. Dorian asks Adriana if she’s okay. Adriana tells Dorian she’s fine. The doorbell rings and Adriana goes to answer. Tico enters and asks Adriana if she’s okay. Adriana’s cell phone rings but she doesn’t answer saying that it’s River calling to bug her. Tico tells Adriana that he’ll talk to River. Dorian says she’ll handle it and tells Adriana to get some sleep. Adriana goes upstairs.

Sonia is in Angel Square playing with her Tarot cards as she asks the Angel if she can help her. It begins to down pour.

Jess and Antonio give Carlotta a ride home. Antonio asks Carlotta about her ties with Angelina. Carlotta says she knows Angelina from way back. Antonio is still unsure of Angelina and wonders why she looked so scared to be at the party. Carlotta takes off as Jess and Antonio head home. At home Jess and Antonio make love. Antonio has a nightmare about Sonia, Tico and Angelina. In his dream he sees a Tarot card. Startled, Antonio wakes up and heads out the door.

Marcie and Mike go over a few more scenarios – like was Amy pushed, did she fall or was she killed. Marcie makes the comment that Amy couldn’t marry who she wanted too, just like her brother Eric can’t. Mike says that he agrees with Ron’s stance on the issue. Marcie asks how he could side with Ron and then takes off.

Tico finds River at Angel Square and threatens him if he doesn’t stay away from Adriana. Jess runs into Tico and asks if he’s seen Antonio. Tico hasn’t seen Antonio and asks Jess if there is place that they can go and talk.

Antonio meets Sonia at Rodi’s. There, he draws the symbol he saw in his sleep. Sonia promises to help. Jess and Tico come in. Jess goes over to Antonio and asks why he left. Antonio says he had a nightmare. Sonia tells Antonio not to worry. Jess and Antonio leave and run into John and Nat.

John asks Nat about Jess. Nat admits that she and Jess had a fight over money.

Adriana comes back downstairs to get her planner. Dorian sees her and asks her if she’s okay. Adriana says she’s fine. Dorian tells her that there will be other boys besides River. Adriana breaks down crying and goes to her room. David comes downstairs and asks about Adriana. Dorian doesn’t understand what’s wrong with her.

Tico’s cell phone rings. Sonia asks what the call was about. Tico tells Sonia that they need to move quicker than they thought. . .
