Dorian explains that David kissed her earlier and she kissed him back, also explaining that it was a goodbye kiss. Dorian suggests they work on kissing each other, rather than other people. Clint and Dorian start to make out but are interrupted by Adriana. Clint excuses himself, Dorian explains that David came by her office and said goodbye – so she figured it was time to move on with her life. Adriana confesses that she was with Rex the other night, Dorian reveals that she knows because she’s had people following Adriana. Adriana doesn’t seem too upset, given the circumstances that she’s in. Surprisingly, Dorian gives Adriana her blessing to be with Rex and acknowledges that they are in love together. Taking it like it is, Adriana thanks her mother and goes back in the house. Dorian turns on the radio to hear an announcement that David has confessed to the murder of Thomas McBain. Dorian rushes out to see David.

Rex shows up at the Palace, Todd demands answers. Rex is set on exonerating Bo at the moment, Todd reminds Rex that he’s paying him. Rex explains that he won’t test his and Bo’s friendship again and walks away. Clint shows up and sees that Todd is doing ok, Todd – in return – gives his sympathy for Duke. Clint asks Todd why he’s spying on Blair, Todd explains that he is watching Spencer’s every move to catch him screwing up somewhere. Rex finds Bo at the golfing range and tries to talk to him. Bo makes him swear never to lie to him again, which Rex does. Bo accepts rex’s apology and they hit golf balls together.

Mike convinces Marcie that they need to give the baby back. Marcie says goodbye to Tommy and hands him over to the social worker. Mike tells Marcie they need to talk about what they want. John sits in the alley trying to put himself in his father’s place. Nat shows up and tries to help John. John explains that the confession isn’t enough and realizes that the gun was never found – explaining that, if he shot someone unexpectedly, he would’ve thrown the gun down immediately. John and Nat check a sewer looking for the gun but find nothing. John has a feeling that someone might’ve cleaned up after David shot his father. . .

Dorian goes to see David to ask him what he’s thinking turning himself in. David explains that he did it so he could find closure, but hasn’t found anything yet. David also confesses that Thomas called him “kid” and made him feel more like a son than his own father. Dorian reminds him that he will always have a friend outside of the prison. Jess makes the moves on Antonio, Antonio tells her that she’s acting like Tess. Jess is furious with his comparison, Antonio explains that he is scared because she is acting more and more like Tess. Jess explains that that’s what happens during the integration process. Antonio and Jess make up and end up making love.

John and Nat return from AC and run into Todd at the Palace. Todd wants any information that will lead him to his child, John and Nat explain that they know nothing of what happened to his kid. Todd hopes that he can find the kid and nail Spencer. Clint sees Kelly and offers to buy her a drink, Kelly accepts and then thinks twice about it and orders a club soda. Clint can see that something is wrong – but he thinks it’s the loss of Duke rather than the real reason. Kelly gets up to leave but faints. Dorian happens to wander over and wants to take Kelly to the emergency room. Kelly refuses to go, Clint sees that Dorian is interfering and interferes with Dorian and takes her home.

Todd goes to see David to see what kind of info he can get out of him. David remembers talking to the bartender in Thailand about Spencer and Margaret. Todd jots down the info, David reminds him that the only way he will get to the bottom of this is to ask Spencer. John and Nat go home and go over the facts of Thomas’ case. Nat, using her newly found forensic knowledge, tries to reconstruct the murder scene and has an idea that David wasn’t sure where he was standing. John doesn’t want to talk about it anymore, they go get a pizza and talk about anything but the case.
