One Life to Live Recap for the week of July 10 - July 14, 2006

Claudia freaks out when she realizes that her father is dead, she runs for a drink- feeling that that is the only way to cope with killing her father. Nash tries to convince her that she doesn’t need a drink and didn’t kill her father. Claudia bends over her father’s body and asks Nash what to do. Nash tells her that they have to call the police. Tess tries to leave to go help Nash but Dr. Jamieson doesn’t let her. Antonio walks in and immediately recognizes that Tess is back, he coaxes Jess back out and Jess overpowers Tess.

Phil explains that it’s good Jess is having Tess’ memories because it is a sign of her furthering integration. Phil leaves to go check on another patient, Jess sits with Antonio and explains that she is remembering Tess and Nash making love. Antonio realizes that Jess will have memories of Tess and Nash and he accepts that. Jess reveals that she is also remembering Tess’ feelings for Nash. Antonio interprets that as Jess starting to like Nash, but Jess assures him that she loves him. Spencer, Blair and the kids are at Dorian’s having a picnic. When Jack and Spencer are inside getting the food, Starr catches Blair looking thru Spencer’s bag. Spencer and Jack return with the food, Starr explains that they can’t eat until her guest arrives – Starr’s guest arrives and it’s Todd. Todd tells Spencer that David is at the courthouse confessing to killing Thomas.

Spencer takes off to help his brother. Blair, Todd and the kids sit to have a family dinner that turns into a screaming match between Todd and Blair. Jack gets frightened by the fighting, Starr speaks up and makes them realize that they are hurting their children. Todd gives Blair an ultimatum – either leave Spencer and he’ll leave Blair alone, or stay with Spencer and have Todd as an enemy for life. The judge listens as David confesses to the murder but decides not to incarcerate him, Nat jumps up and speaks out – saying that David will take off. The judge calms her down, Hugh asks the judge to reconsider his decision. David tells the judge to lock him up if it’ll make everyone feel better. David is taken down to his cell. Nat can see that John is still not at peace, even with his father’s killer behind bars. She wants to know what is bothering him, but John will not tell her. John explains that he has to go to the beginning and takes off. Marcie and Mike discuss taking Tommy back to child services, but Marcie convinces Mike to let Tommy stay one more night. The social worker comes by and explains that they need to take Tommy now because the foster parents are waiting in her office. Marcie doesn’t want to part with Tommy and asks Mike if they can adopt him, Mike explains that child services already has a family for him.

The social worker tries to take Tommy, but Marcie, literally, stands in her way. Spencer shows up to scold David for making the stupidest decision he could’ve made. David explains that he is thru running and wanted to come clean, now maybe everyone will be happy. Spencer explains that “demons” don’t go away that easily, Spencer begins to remember when he was at the alley and saw David shooting Thomas. John goes back to AC, to the alley where his father was shot. John imagines himself being there when David shot his father. John “watches” as David shoots his dad and takes off. John feels uneasy and thinks that something is missing and needs to know the whole story. . .

Blair meets up with Bo at the Palace, Bo tries to devise a plan for her to get more info out of Spencer but Spencer shows up and interrupts them. Bo tells Blair to have a good evening as he walks away, Bo runs into Todd coming into the Palace. Todd wants to know what is really going on with Spencer and Blair. Bo explains that he’s not going to talk about Todd’s personal life and walks away. Todd watches as Spencer and Blair enjoy a dinner together. Rex goes to see if Adriana is ok, Adriana pulls him into the house and explains how safe she feels when he is around. Rex gets a call from Todd, telling him to get to the Palace ASAP. Rex tells Adriana that he’s hired extra security and will be back soon.
