One Life to Live Recap for Thursday, July 8, 2004

Antonio tells Don Jamie that he wants to see Adriana first. Don Jamie tells Antonio to take care of Sonia and he can then see Adriana. Antonio raises the gun to Sonia as Don Jamie tells him to put down the gun because it was just a test. Antonio lowers the gun as Sonia pulls out another gun and shoots Don Jamie and the guard.

Sonia tells Antonio that they need to leave before anyone finds them. Antonio wants to talk to Adriana. Sonia says Adriana is at a convent and dials the number. Antonio talks to Adriana. Adriana says that she is ok. Antonio tells her to stay put and he’ll check in on her later. Sonia and Antonio take off in search of the vault.

Antonio and Sonia find the vault open and empty. Sonia suggests they go find Paul because he probably has the money. Antonio thinks the vault was used to house enemies and not money. They take off in search of Paul.

Jess stares at the man and runs to give him a sip of water. Emilio comes back and helps the man get out of the handcuffs. They bring him to the hospital. Jess visits the man and asks who he is. The man reveals himself to be Tico Santi, son of Manuel Santi. Tico says that the Santi organization thought he knew where the money was and locked him in the vault. Jess begins to tell him of his cousin Antonio, his aunt Carlotta and his half-sister Adriana. Tico can’t take it all in right there but tells Jess he’ll never forget she saved his life.

Kevin is trying to repair the damages done by Margaret to the B.E. quarterly report. Viki walks in and says that Asa has been updating her on what’s been going on. Kevin thinks that Todd is behind all of this. Kevin becomes very agitated and Viki tries to calm him down. Van walks in and asks what’s wrong. Kevin asks Van to represent him in his divorce proceedings. Viki tries to calm Kevin down with no success.

Van says she can’t represent him because she is representing Todd. Kevin kicks her out. Viki tells Kevin that he needs to calm down. Kevin can’t calm down because he knows that Todd is really Ace’s father. Viki tells Kevin he needs to chill or the whole thing will eat him up.

Kelly is at Capricorn having a drink. R.J. asks her what’s wrong. Kelly just wants to be alone. Blair shows up and tells Kelly she has to deal with her. Kelly walks away and a catfight ensues. Todd and R.J. split up the girls. Blair wants Kelly to admit the truth to Kevin. Kelly claims she has all ready told Kevin the truth and storms out. Todd tells Blair to calm down.

Van walks in and warns Todd about Kevin coming after him. Blair takes off. Todd reassures Van that he will be okay and Kevin will find out the truth sooner or later. R.J. brings Van over a “dirty” margarita and asks if she is now seeing Todd too. Van and R.J. go off to talk and they exchange heated words. Van tells R.J. that what they had was good but now it’s over. R.J. asks if Van slept with John. Van admits that she did. R.J. gets angry and Todd tells him to back off. R.J. threatens to throw them both out. Van and Todd leave.

Paul, Nat and David are in the hotel lobby discussing the map and how to get to the vault. David tells them that Dorian had to fly back to Llanview because Adriana is missing. Paul tells Nat to stay behind while they search for the vault. Nat wants to go. David reminds Paul not to leave without him because he still has the other half of the combination.

Kelly goes to see Viki and tells her that she needs help saving her marriage with Kevin. Viki tells Kelly that she knows all about it and is skeptical about Todd being the father. Kelly says it’s the truth and they were just trying to get back at Blair and Kevin. Viki says she doesn’t want to be involved because she doesn’t want to have to choose between her brother and her son.

Blair goes to see Kevin to tell him that Todd is not the father and neither is he. Kevin tells Blair that Todd is the father and that Todd is just trying to get back at him. Kevin swears that Todd will rot in jail. Blair tells him that Kelly is making a fool out of him. An attorney, Jeffery, comes in with Kevin’s divorce papers. Blair tells Kevin he’s making a big mistake and takes off. Kevin signs the papers and tells Jeff that he’s never been surer that he wants the papers delivered to Kelly.

Paul, David and Nat arrive at an opened and empty vault. Paul tells Nat to wait outside while he and David check it out. David makes Paul go in first. As they enter the vault they are met by F.B.I. agents who proceed to arrest them. Nat watches as Paul and David are handcuffed and taken away.
