One Life to Live Recap for the Week of July 4 - July 8, 2005

Todd assures Viki that Jess is ok; Viki thinks that Todd is lying and wants to know the truth. Todd promised Jess he wouldn’t tell anyone. Viki keeps pressuring Todd until he gives in starts to tell the truth. Bo calls with news on Nat. Todd calms Viki down and asks her to trust him about Jess. As Todd is in the kitchen, Viki sneaks out. A nun calls Todd to tell him that Jess has been released, Todd takes off. Duke and Adriana try to plan another escape, Adriana has an idea and they start “fighting.” The guards come in to break them up; Duke attacks and gets the guards guns. Asa tells Bo and Kevin about Carlo kidnapping and holding Duke and Adriana for hostage. Kevin goes berserk asking how Asa could do that to his family, Asa assures Kevin that Duke and Adriana will be fine. Bo brings Carlo to his office; Carlo wants immunity and a plane ticket in exchange for letting the kids go. Bo doesn’t want to make a deal, Asa agrees to Carlo’s plan. Asa gives Carlo his confession, Kevin thanks Asa. Duke calls Asa, just before he signs the papers, to tell him that he and Adriana are safe. Asa tells Carlo and rips up the papers. Bo tells Kevin that he has to meet up with John; Kevin thinks that Viki should know. Mike shows up to see Marcie, Marcie fills him in on everything that’s been going on and tells of the plans to kill the cheerleaders. Mike and Marcie are pacing nervously; Mike gets paged to the hospital. Jess struggles to keep Tess inside but Tess offers to tell Jess a secret if she lets her out. Jess promises that she’ll let Tess out once in a while, Tess begins to tell Jess the secret but Jess lets her guard down and Tess takes over. Tess manages to swipe a set of keys; Addie catches her and asks what she’s doing. Addie gets a hold of the keys and returns them to the nun. Addie shows Tess her scrapbook; Tess is less than thrilled to see it. Nat and Van struggle to get free as the killer douses them with gasoline and sets a pile of wood on fire. John arrives just in time to save both girls, saving Nat first. Bo and Viki show up and hear the fire alarm, they rush into the building. Bo finds John, John tells Bo to help Nat but Nat is gone. . .

Dorian wants to know what secret David is keeping from her. David doesn’t want to talk about it. Dorian and David reminisce about the past, Dorian tries to get the secret out of David. David tells Dorian of how his dad taught them to be cons. David accuses Dorian of trying to back out of the wedding and goes inside. David apologizes; Dorian reveals that she set a wedding date – August 19th. David heads inside, Dorian calls a PI to check on Spencer. Kevin catches Kelly and Spencer sharing an intimate moment. Kevin tells her that Asa is back and tells of the Asa and Carlo ordeal, Spencer takes off, Kevin tells Kelly that he still loves her. Kelly still loves him but thinks they should wait a while to get back together. Viki learns that only Van was found, Nat is still missing. John doesn’t know what happened. Bo puts everyone on Nat’s case and tells Viki to go home. John finds a clue to where the killer took Nat. Bo wants to take Viki home, John promises to find Nat. Van’s mom shows up at the hospital, Mike tells her that Van is on the way. Van arrives at the hospital and is put in a room. Lisa goes to see Van, Van tells her mom what the killer did and how John saved her and Nat. Lisa makes a big deal about John saving Nat first. Bo drops Viki off but checks around the bushes, finding Spencer lurking around. Bo enters Llanfare with Spencer, Spencer tells her she has to calm down to get her breathing normal. Spencer takes off, Bo promises to call with info. Viki wants her girls home. Bo and Spencer conflict with each other, Bo thinks Spencer is up to no good. Marcie arrives at the Love Center demanding answers, John tells her what happened and wants to know where the killer took Nat. John wants a copy of the journal, Marcie has a copy at her dad’s house and goes to get it. John arrives at the hospital, Mike wants to treat his hand but John is more concerned about Van. John goes in to see Van; Van defends John’s actions. Viki prays for her children to be safe and come home to her soon, Viki looks at pictures of Megan and Ben. . .
