John and Van talk about Katherine’s case. John wants to know why someone would kill her and wonders if she was turning dirty or just got to close to evidence. Van says Arthur was collected evidence from the Hook Up and suggests he may have it at his house. R.J. watches them talk for a minute and then takes off without saying a word to Van. John says they have to get a search warrant. Van says she’ll help.

Kevin is at Asa’s house visiting Ace. Kelly comes home and it surprised to see Kevin there. Kevin tells her he’s been think about dropping the charges on Todd and asks Kelly what he has on her. Kelly is tired of living a lie and tells Kevin she’ll tell. Kevin asks what Todd did. Kelly says that everything she did was out of love and starts to admit that when she was away she was at a hospital and not a barn. Kelly’s phone rings and Todd is on the other line threatening her saying that she better get Kevin off his back or he’ll tell about Ace. Kevin asks if it’s Todd. Kelly tells Kevin that she’s talking to Todd and then tells Todd she can’t talk.

As Kelly is on the phone the doorbell rings and Kevin goes to answer it. A man hands Kevin the letter that Paul sent. Kevin opens it and reads: “Do you really think you’re Ace’s father?” Kelly asks who was at the door. Kevin shows her the letter and accuses Todd of sending it. Kelly begins to break down crying.

Nat goes to see Viki and apologizes for not being at Ben’s memorial service. Viki was worried about her but is glad she’s safe now. Nat admits that she was with Paul and is sorry she had to lie. Viki is reminded of her advice on taking risks and tells Nat she acts irrational when something goes wrong in her life. Viki reminds Nat she married Mitch because Cristian was with Jen. Nat storms off telling Viki not to worry about her anymore because she’s leaving Llanview.

R.J. goes to visit Nora for advice on Van. Nora tells him to go ask Van. R.J. isn’t to sure about their relationship and thanks Nora for the help.
