One Life to Live Recap for Monday, June 21, 2004

After being arrested at the penthouse, Todd is brought in the Llanview Police station on the charges of paying someone to defame Nora, and for stealing files from Buchanan Enterprises. Unable to get a hold of Evangeline, Todd ends up spending the night in jail, but Blair posts his bail in the morning. Todd returns home and he tells Blair that he did in fact pay somebody to defame Nora, however, he did not steal the files from Buchanan Enterprises. Todd expects Blair to leave him, and return home to Dorian's, but Blair tells Todd he is not a bad guy, and vows to stand by him. The doorbell rings, and Todd and Blair think it's Evangeline, but when they open the door they find Kevin.

Paul calls Kelly and informs him he did not kill Kathryrn, and asks Kelly to send him any money she can scrap up. John, who is standing next to Kelly, asks her to get Paul's location. Kelly tells Paul she will send him some money, and asks him where he at. After hanging up with Paul, Kelly tells John he is in Puerto Rico, but the wrong address. Later, John comes back to see Kelly and he convinces her to tell him the right address. Just as Paul and Natalie are about to make love, the police show up.

After seeing Lindsay and Rex kissing on the docks, Riley grabs Jen and kisses her so she won't see them. Later, Jen questions Riley on why he kissed her, and he says it was just one of those moments. Marcie questions Jen on what is going on between her and Riley, and Jen tells her she has no idea, but seems happy.

After spending the night together again, Lindsay comes to the club and gives Rex some money to help him get back on track.

Nora and Daniel share a kiss on the docks, and later Nora returns to Bo's office, who seems upset over her closeness with Daniel.

Rev. Andrew stops by Llanfair to ask Viki for help in fundraising ideas for the community center, and Viki tells him she would be glad to help. Viki sends a letter to Riley, Jen and Marcie and tells them she wants their participation in her plan.
