One Life to Live Recap for the Week of June 20 - June 24, 2005

Nat catches Todd sneaking out with Jess’ suitcases. Todd covers saying that Jess had to leave town. Todd takes off as Rex shows up, Rex has a plan to get her and John together – the plan is to leave a fake note from the Killer to send John on a wild goose chase to find Nat. Nat is apprehensive about Rex’s plan, but Rex keeps pushing her until she says yes. David greets Dorian at the airport; Dorian wants to know what’s been going on. David says that nothing big has been going on. Dorian is furious that Van got woman of the year, feeling it was her year to win. Dorian wants to go to the ceremony, David wants to just go home but Dorian gets her way. Asa promises that he didn’t hire anyone to kill Blair and keeps saying that he didn’t kidnap Blair. Asa plays dumb and says he hasn’t seen Carlo in years, Renee wants some straight answers. Blair can’t believe that Carlo is alive and tries to run, Carlo grabs her and flashes his gun around. Bo and a few officers show up, Carlo threatens to kill Blair if Bo doesn’t lower his weapons. Bo puts his gun down and starts to leave but Todd shows up and tackles Carlo to the ground. Spencer and Kelly arrive at the Woman of the Year ceremony; Kevin and Van walk in after them. Spencer expresses some interest in the financial woes of B.E. Kevin can’t stand Spencer, who he thinks is trying to make him jealous. Van’s mom keeps pushing Kevin on Van. John, by mayor’s orders, has to stop tracking Hayes. Hayes meets up with Marcie – the MC - at the ceremony, Marcie is still uneasy around Hayes but Hayes assures her that he isn’t the killer. Lindsay shows up thanking Marcie for putting up a memorial for Jen. Jess checks in to St. Anne’s, a nun tells her that she will be safe there as Jess is brought to her room. John shows up at the ceremony, John overhears Van’s mom telling Van that she is glad John is out of her life. Van’s mom wishes that John would leave, but Van doesn’t care if he’s there. Carlo is brought down to the station; Bo wants to know who put Carlo up to killing Blair. Todd wants to know the truth; Carlo admits that Asa put him up to killing Blair. Bo gets a phone call telling him that Asa is en route to Llanview. Dorian and David show up, David tries to tell Dorian about Spencer but is interrupted by Marcie. Marcie gives a tribute to Jen as a prelude to introducing Van. Dorian goes to see Kelly; she is elated that Kelly is not with Kevin. John is delivered the fake note. Bo greets Asa at the airport and arrests him.
