Larry tells Viki's family that her surgery went well, but they still need to run tests to make sure her body doesn't reject the heart. Antonio meets his mother at the hospital. He stares at her, "Please tell me we're not related to one of the most notorious crime families in the world." She initially dodges his questions, but soon admits that Manuel was her brother. She asks Antonio to please leave her alone, and she walks away.
Joey runs into Jen at the hospital. Jen tells him that she misses him, and he says that he thinks about her every day. Jen feels bad about their past, but Joey says their separation wasn't her fault. They just got married for all the wrong reasons, and they thought their problems would disappear after the ceremony. When she tells him about her friendship with Riley, he says friendship is one of the hardest things to find and one of the most important things to hold on to. They wish each other well.
When Nat enters Viki's empty hospital room to retrieve her cell phone, she can't help but worry about her mother. John puts his hand in her hair and comforts her. As they leave, an unknown person watches them board the elevator.
Starr tells Travis she's not mad at her parents anymore. He wishes he could say the same. He's tired of his mom nagging him, so he has enrolled in a summer camp near Llanview, and he can be near Starr. Travis tells Blair that he enrolled in camp because it will be good for him. Blair knows he has ulterior motives, but she says she'll think about letting him visit Starr occasionally (after she speaks with his mom). As he leaves, Starr asks about his sudden declaration of love for her in New York, and he says, "Forget it. It just slipped out." When she closes the door behind him, she looks lovestruck. Blair tells her not to expect any un-chaperoned visits with him.
Kevin searches for Kelly. At the landfill, David hunts with Kelly and Todd for Paul's body. Kelly flips out and thinks that someone might know what they did and try to blackmail them. They consider the possibility that Paul might be alive, but they don't put much thought into that idea. When they return to Dorian's, they look like they've been playing in . . . well, . . . garbage! When David is alone in the livingroom, Blair secretly watches Todd and Kelly from the top of the stairs. Kelly tells Todd she doesn't know what she'd do without him.
Natalie and Jess are with Viki when she wakes up in the morning. Viki says she can feel Ben's heart beating inside of her, and Nat says he gave her the best gift that anyone can give--the gift of life.
When Kevin questions Kelly's whereabouts the night before, she says she must have forgotten to turn her phone on because of all the commotion with Viki's operation. He says he's had enough of her lies, and he can't take it anymore. Meanwhile, David deflects Dorian's questions at La Boule. When Dorian leaves, Blair asks David what the hells is going on with him and Kelly and Todd.
John tells Antonio that Kelly's car was possibly spotted at a landfill the night Paul disappeared. At that moment, an unknown person searches the landfill and finds military dogtags.
Carlotta meets Antonio at the station, and he asks her if she really thought he'd think less of her if he knew she was related to Manuel. She breaks down in his arms and explains that she loved her brother, but he turned into an awful man. Antonio says, "That's why you're so protective of Adriana." Carlotta replies, "She was the best part of Manny. He wasn't always so horrible." Antonio says the FBI is going full throttle with their investigation, and he asks her about Manuel's son, but Carlotta says she doesn't think he ever got involved in his father's operations. Antonio says if Manuel's son ever tries to get in touch with Carlotta, she has to tell Antonio right away.
Kevin says he just doesn't know what's going on with Kelly. She's running around all the time, and he never knows where she is. "Did you and Todd kill Paul?" he asks her. Kelly can't believe he would accuse her of such a thing. He tells her she's only digging herself deeper into whatever she's already done, and she needs to trust him so he can help her with whatever is going on. Todd, overhearing the conversation, tells Kevin that Paul blackmailed Kelly because she slept with Todd one night when Kelly was upset about Kevin, and Todd was upset about Blair! The look on Kelly's face is priceless during Todd's false admission.
David makes up a phony answer for Blair's questions. He tells her that Todd and Kelly are trying to make her jealous to pay her and Kevin back for their affair. Blair wants to know how David is involved, but he says he just ran into them last night when he was at the marina planning a surprise for Dorian. David points out that Blair is a sad case, because no matter how hard she tries, she can't stop loving Todd Manning.
