One Life to Live Recap for the Week of May 23 - May 27, 2005

Bo says that Dan killed Jen because Jen found out that he killed Paul because Paul was blackmailing Dan, because Paul knew that Dan was having an affair. Nora wants to know who the woman was. As all of this is happening, Kevin and Kelly are watching it on TV. Kelly is glad that Paul is gone and can’t hurt anyone anymore, she also feels responsible for bringing him to Llanview. Kevin tells her that it’s ok to feel like that, but don’t feel responsible for Paul’s actions. Bo says that it was a man as Mark shout from the crowd that he and Dan are in love.

Viki gets Dorian, who came to Llanfare to tell Viki to talk to Todd, to see that she is still in love with David after wanting to ask him out. Dorian tells Viki to stay away from David and storms out. Kelly gets David to see that he is still in love with Dorian, and warns him not to mess it up. Dorian goes to see David, wherein they proclaim their love for each other and get back together. Todd is relieved that Jack will be ok, but is angry at the guards for not doing their job and fires them. Blair, again, thanks Spencer for saving her son’s life. Todd notices that Blair and Spencer are making eyes at each other. Spencer leaves the room. Lindsay and Rex are both relieved that Jen’s killer is caught and that she can finally rest in peace. John puts Dan in a police car, as Riley watches his father being taken away. Nora, still in shock, runs off the stage. Bo follows her and tries to comfort her. Nora wants to see her husband. Bo takes her to the station. John tries, to no avail, to get Dan to confess. Dan will not talk until he speaks to his lawyer. Mike and Marcie can’t believe that bedlam that just ensued. Marcie goes to sit with Riley and accidentally slips, telling him that she knew about Mark and his father. Riley, enraged, can’t believe that Marcie didn’t tell him. Nora is brought in to see Dan.

Spencer assures that Jack will be fine, and warns Todd that he’ll be in Llanview for a while. Todd learns that Dan has been arrested and plans to use the story, Blair asks him not to. Paige has a little run-in with her past when she sees Spencer, asking why he’s there. Van is made aware that Dan has been arrested. Reporters badger John; Nat wards them off and demands to know what’s going on. Bo leaves Nora to be alone with Dan. Dan tries to convince Nora that he is innocent and loves her. Nora doesn’t believe anything that Dan says. Dan confesses his love, Nora tells Dan to stay away from her and can’t believe that he based their relationship on lies and is convinced that Dan never loved her. Rex and Lindsay leave, Riley goes berserk and can’t believe that Dan lied to him his whole life and killed 2 people. Marcie tries to talk some sense into Riley, but Riley blames himself for Jen’s death. Mike goes to see John, Nat knows about the unofficial autopsy and goes to find John for Mike. Van shows up and wants to talk with Nora. Van becomes upset with the way things were handled; John explains that they couldn’t help it. John takes the big step and gives Van a set of his apartment keys, which Nat witnessed. Bo tells Van that Nora is in with Dan. Rex and Lindsay show up at the police station, telling John that they have the right to be there and are not leaving. Bo suggests that Rex and Lindsay leave. John closes the Cramer case; Nat is there to comfort him. Marcie witnesses Nat and Mike getting closer. Todd overhears Paige talking about Spencer; he asks her what the deal is with Spencer. Paige takes off, without giving an answer. Nat tries to pull Nora, who breaks down crying, together. Dan is taken down to his cell. Rex, Lindsay, Mike and Marcie go to Jen’s shrine at the garage. Lindsay thanks Rex for all he did to bring justice to Jen. Riley, who is drunk, is already at the shrine. Lindsay says a final goodbye to Jen, as the shrine is taken down and placed in a cardboard box.
