Recap for May 23rd – May 27th

Nora, who spent the night at RJ’s, begins to wonder if Dan is really having an affair or not. RJ tells her that Bo will back off soon. Nora leaves, a few seconds later Lindsay shows up. RJ lets her in and tells her that Nora spent the night, but assures her that nothing happened. Lindsay spent the night thinking about Jen; she feels that she can move on. RJ is on edge over the custody battle verdict. Antonio tells Jess that he will always be there for her, no matter what. Jess wishes him luck, hoping that Antonio gets custody of Jamie. Van meets with Antonio to tell him that she should be getting a call from the judge very soon, just as she says that her phone rings – the judge has a verdict. RJ’s phone rings – the verdict is in. Bo and John meet with the Attorney General of Pennsylvania. Finding the doctor that did the autopsy on Jen, John explains that the doctor was ordered by Dan to fudge the medical diagnosis. The Attorney General is still skeptical of issuing a warrant for Dan’s arrest. Rex, who pops in, and Bo confirm that they saw Dan in a gay bar and he is having an affair. John tries to convince the A.G. to issue the warrant, the A.G. takes some files and promises to look over the case and call with an answer. Mark shows up at Riley’s house, saying that he would like to be at the ceremony because he is into politics. Riley and Mark head for the ceremony. Nora and Dan both come home, each wondering where the other was the night before. Before they can talk about it, Dan’s phone rings and it’s Gov. Brooks telling Dan that it’s time. Kevin stands in front of the podium where he once stood as Lt. Gov. Viki is keeping an eye on Matt by playing video games with him. Jess takes over to give Viki rest. As Dan heads to the podium, walking with Nora hand-in-hand, he spots Mark in the audience.

Antonio, Van, Carlotta, RJ, Lindsay and Jess show up for the verdict. Jess shows up for support and is sure that Antonio will get Jamie back. The judge awards custody to RJ, but only for 6 months and then another hearing will take place. Todd and Blair relax on security guards and set up a picnic in the park. Blair will back Todd if Asa tries to manipulate the system, Todd wants to kill Asa. Dorian shows up with the kids, less than thrilled that Blair is with Todd. Dorian gets a chance to talk to Blair alone, Dorian is trying to be civil to Todd but the day isn’t over. Rex calls Lindsay, who rushes down to the ceremony. Mike is worried about what’s going to happen, Marcie tells him to call John. Marcie tries to get Mark to see that he should break up with Dan. Riley asks what they mean. Mark covers for himself, saying he wants a job with Dan. Renee and Nigel worry that they are being stalked, regarding a car parked outside the house all night. Adriana and Duke get closer as they spend more time with each other. Renee is really worried about Asa. Someone is watching Nigel, Adriana and Duke. Renee is alone, and is kidnapped by someone and taken to a plane. Duke warns Adriana that she should leave the house for safety reasons, plus he has to check up on something that he can’t say what it is. A.G. shows up with an arrest warrant. Bo wonders if he should arrest Dan in private or in the public eye. Rex finds out the ceremony is starting early and grabs Bo and John to head over to it. Gov. Brooks begins the ceremony. Bo shows up to bring Dan in, during his swearing in. Nora doesn’t want Dan to give into Bo, Bo arrests Dan.

Blair freaks out when she sees someone that looks like Margaret talking to Starr. Starr says that it’s the next-door neighbor. Blair backs off, only to discover that Jack has been stung by a bee and having an allergic reaction – she rushes him to the hospital. Spencer, a mysterious new doctor that rolled into town, ends up treating Jack and saving his life. Todd rushes to the hospital and sees Blair cozying up to Spencer. Antonio and Jess return home, only to find toys that remind them of Jamie. Antonio realizes that he won’t be with his daughter for 6 months. Jess tells him that the time will go by fast and she will be there for him to keep his mind occupied. Antonio thanks her and says that he wouldn’t be able to get thru this without her. John cuffs Dan and wants to bring him into the station. Nora, before Dan is brought in, demands to know what proof they have. Bo tries to tell Nora to let it go until they get to the station, but she is persistent and wants to know why her husband is being arrested.
