One Life to Live Recap for the Week of May 16 - May 20, 2005

Nora fears that Matt is holding in his emotions and needs to let them out. Dan is still plagued by images of killing Jen, and then blames himself for going after Jen long enough for her to kill herself crying. Matt reads a poem to Nora that he wrote for Jen. A c.d. from Mark is delivered to Dan with love songs, Dan covers when Nora asks what it is saying that it’s for her. John reveals to Bo and Rex that Jen was killed. Bo tells John that Dan’s first name is Ted and he thinks that Dan killed both Jen and Paul. John vows to take Dan out. Nat tries to talk to Rex, who seems to be in a trance, but she does get through to him. Mark shows up to see Bo, but Nat deters him saying that Bo is in a meeting. Nat returns home to find Van in her house. Van wants Nat to stay away from John so she won’t distract him. Nat won’t stay away. Bo shows up to see Nora and talk to her about Dan.

Nat overhears John and Rex talking about who killed Paul and she wants to know who did it, they won’t tell her. Lindsay shows up to the custody hearing to testify for RJ, her testimony shows Antonio a good father but says Jamie belongs with RJ. Van tries to discredit Lindsay and does her best job. Jess stresses that her actions should not determine the outcome of the verdict. Bo tries to warn Nora that Dan isn’t the good person she thinks he is. Nora dismisses everything Bo says. Matt comes down because he heard them fighting. Bo asks if he’s ready to go and asks Nora to come with them. Nora is furious that Bo asked that in front of Matt. Riley overhears and asks what Dan did. Matt reads his poem to Riley. Bo slips and indicates that Jen might have been murdered. Bo says Dan isn’t who he says he is, Dan overhears and asks who Bo thinks he is. Bo takes Matt and leaves, but tells Nora that he is just trying to help. Bo puts a tail on Dan. Nora tells Dan what Bo said, Dan tells her not to worry about it. Rex visits the memorial set up at the garage and talks to Jen. Mark and Riley overhear Rex and ask if he knows something they don’t about Jen’s suicide. Rex says nothing, Riley hangs Matt’s poem. Riley tries to talk to Rex, but Rex won’t listen to him. Rex looks at the poem and runs into John, Rex shows John that the paper Matt used to print out the poem was the same paper Dan used to print the note. John agrees that they found their “smoking gun.” Nat snoops around Bo’s office, she finds a document and wonders who Ted is. Dan and Mark are in the car, driving somewhere. Rex and John show up and show Bo the poem; Bo calls Matt in to ask where he printed it. Bo gets a lead from his tail and he and Rex take off to follow Dan, Bo and Rex find themselves in a gay bar.

David is getting ready for his date, telling Viki he met the perfect girl on the Internet. Viki remembers how she met Ben thru personal ads; she tells David that Dorian is the one for him. Kelly meets up with Dorian; Dorian tells Kelly she’s meeting a mystery man from the Internet. Todd is paranoid that everyone will find out what Margaret did to him. Blair tells him to be grateful to Kevin, not hate him. Kelly fears that Dorian is making a big mistake, Dorian feels that she needs to do this to let go of “her girls.” Dorian and David meet up and figure out they have a date with each other. Dorian leaves. Kevin blames Kelly for bugging the BE offices for Blair, Kelly storms off not wanting to work with Kevin anymore. Nat tells Nora that she can’t take Matt’s home, per Bo’s wishes. Nora wonders why Bo is doing this. Nat tells Nora to accept what Bo said and leave Matt there. Nora begins to see that Bo is onto something big. Nat brings Matt to Llanfare. Rex wants to get Dan, Bo tells him to wait as Rex rushes into the bar. Bo warns Rex he has to do this by the book, or Dan goes free. Dan is getting real nervous about being seen, Mark calms him down. Bo watches Dan like a hawk, but cant touch him because he has no warrant. Dan and Mark make plans to get a hotel room. Bo is trying to get in touch with Nora with no luck; Bo fears that Dan will get to Nora before he does. RJ feels that he’s already won the custody battle, Lindsay supports him. RJ thanks Lindsay for testifying and reminds her that he’s always there for her. Lindsay wants to go home, RJ wants her to stay but Lindsay wants to go home, feeling that she can get over Jen by going home. Nora shows up, wanting to talk to RJ about Dan, as Lindsay leaves. Nora calls Dan to make sure everything is ok; wherein he assures her that everything is fine. Nora begins to see that something is wrong with Dan, RJ wonders too what’s really going on. Nora thinks Dan is having an affair. Asa calls someone to make sure that his plan will be put into action, and if anyone finds out the person is too shoot them!
