One Life to Live Recap for the week of May 15 - May 19, 2006

Blair goes to see Todd, to tell him about Van and Duke, Todd thinks she is lying and the visit was a rouse from Blair just to see him. Blair tells him that she doesn’t love him anymore, but she doesn’t think he deserves to die. Todd thinks Blair still loves him and wants her to say it, Blair leaves without saying anything.

Dorian goes to visit Spencer, she thanks him for saving Kelly’s life but also begins to blame him for what happened to Duke. Dorian thinks it’s awful convenient for Spencer to “lose” a member of his rival family on the operating table. Spencer claims he had no intention of letting Duke die, Dorian doesn’t see it like that as she walks out the door. Spencer has a fit, throwing things around in his office. He goes into the shower and breaks down crying. Blair shows up and sees the condition of Spencer’s office. She hears the shower going and invites herself in. Spencer is surprise to see her there. Kelly begins to cry as soon as she sees Kevin, Kevin reminds her that his son is dead because of both of them. Kelly doesn’t understand, Kevin explains the dilemma he was faced with. Kelly can’t believe that Kevin chose her over his son. Kevin begins to blame Kelly for the tension between him and Duke and now he can never tell Duke how much he loved him. Kelly apologizes over and over, but Kevin is so far gone that he can’t forgive her. . .

Viki goes to see Todd to beg him not to give up hope, Todd can’t help but think everyone is doing everything in their power to speed up his execution – except for Van. Viki tells Todd that he should not give up, Todd is banking on a miracle but he doesn’t think it’s likely. Viki leaves as Hugh comes in. Hugh asks Todd to reconsider having Van working for him, Todd thinks its an act of desperation because Van is close to finding the truth but Hugh insists that it’s for Van’s own good to concentrate on herself instead of Todd.

Adriana sees Rex looking at a picture of Jen, Rex explains that a year ago this week Jen was killed. Adriana knows what he’s going thru, after all she didn’t expect to be mourning Duke.

Starr ruches past them, both of them know that something happened to her but she wouldn’t tell. Rex goes to check out what’s wrong and he finds a bunch of kids that were making fun of Starr – rex shoos them away before he calls the cops. Rex and Adriana head to Asa’s house. Starr sees her name spray painted on a wall – “Starr Manning SUX!” She gets the idea to paint over it and, with a little help from another trouble-maker, she shoplifts a can of spray paint. Rickie sees her and tries to get her to see that she did the wrong thing. Rickie ends up helping Starr cover up the graffiti, but they are caught by the police and taken down to the station.

Clint and Bo go with Kevin into Duke’s room. Kevin has to pick out Duke’s suit. At first Kevin just wants to get it over with, so he grabs the first suit he sees in the closet. Bo leaves Clint to talk with Kevin. Clint helps Kevin realize that he is not to fault for Duke’s death. Viki shows up convinces him of the same thing. Kevin still feels that Duke didn’t love him. Rex and Adriana show up and give their sympathy to Bo. Adriana goes into see Kevin, Rex tries to talk with Bo but Bo walks away. Adriana hears Kevin saying that Duke didn’t love him anymore and tells Kevin that she talked with Duke a few days before he died and Duke did, in fact, say that he loved his father.
