One Life to Live Recap for Monday, April 11, 2005

John is completely enthralled with the copycat serial killer. Nat brings him the gift of a stress ball to ease his stress level. Van witnesses a connection between them as she interrupts their conversation. Nat sees herself out. Van, who understands, knows that Nat will always come to John for comfort. John tells Van that he and Nat are just co-workers and are bound to run into each other. Van starts to give John suggestions on how to catch the killer. John tells Van to leave the police business to him. Getting John’s hint, Van starts to leave. John tells her that he’s sorry he said it like that, but he is worried about not being able to protect the people he cares about. Van understands and leaves to meet with Antonio.

Jess and Antonio are at the hospital awaiting the results of Jess’ tests. Jess is scared that she has a tumor or some other disease. Antonio tells her to relax and that whatever it is; they will take care of it together. Jess and Antonio embrace each other as Paige calls them into her office. Paige tells Jess that her tests results are normal and she is ok. Jess fells that she is not ok; she doesn’t feel like herself anymore. Paige suggests seeing a shrink. Jess agrees to meet with a shrink. Paige goes to get Dr. Phil Jamison. Jess is concerned about the way she’s acting because she’s done it before, when she found out that Dorian was the one who ran Jess off the road ultimately killing Megan. Antonio says that whatever it is, he will always be there for her. Jess thanks him, but tells him to go meet with Van. Antonio tells her to call ASAP. Jess will. As soon as Antonio leaves, “Tess” calls her limo driver to come and pick her up. Paige returns with Dr. Jamison to find her office empty.

Roxy is at the station causing her usual ruckus. Bo asks Nat to deal with Roxy. Nat tells Roxy that she has to leave. Ron comes in wanting to see Bo. Nat brings Ron into Bo’s office. Ron wants Bo to do everything he can to ensure that the man who tried to kill his family is brought to prison. Bo assures Ron that he is doing everything he can to bring the copycat killer down, Bo tells Ron to go home and get some sleep. Ron goes over to see how Nat is doing. They make small talk and start to flirt with each other. Ron asks Nat out for a drink. Hesitant at first, Nat agrees to go with him. John overhears their plans and tells them to have a great time. Nat tells Bo that she is leaving with Ron to have a drink. Bo tells her to have fun. Ron and Nat leave. John watches them leave and then slams the door to his office.

Blair wants to know what Kevin knows about Todd. Kevin tells her that he considered leaving Todd for dead, but felt he had to bring him back. Blair flips out and goes berserk. Blair promises not to let anyone hurt her family or keep her from Todd. Kevin tries to calm Blair down, but this just gets her more aggravated as she starts to throw things. Kevin finally calms her down. Blair apologizes to him. Kevin goes to call Todd to tell him to come to get Blair.

Todd receives a postcard from Margaret, she is apparently in Mexico. Starr comes home and finds the postcard. Todd tries to cover up, saying that he wrote the card. Starr knows that it’s from Margaret and promises not to worry about her coming back to Llanview. Todd’s phone rings – Kevin tells him to get to his house quick, Blair isn’t doing to good. Todd runs out of the house.

Antonio meets with Van. Van asks how Jess is. Antonio tells Van that Jess is going to start seeing a shrink, but not to worry because she will still testify for him. Van segways into her doubts about John’s love for her. Antonio convinces Van that she is the only woman that John wants.

Todd shows up at the mansion and asks what happened. Blair tells Todd that Kevin told her everything. Todd is enraged because he thinks that Kevin told Blair that he slept with Margaret. Kevin tells him what he told Blair. Blair goes to freshen up. Kevin tells Todd that he did NOT tell Blair about Todd sleeping with Margaret because Blair is not ready to know. Todd fells that Asa should get what he deserves and plans to have Asa begging for forgiveness when Asa gets back. Kevin tells Todd to let him talk to Asa first. Todd vows not to let Asa get away with this. Blair comes out of the bathroom and is ready to go. Todd takes her arm and they leave. Blair vows not to let anyone or anything come between her and Todd. Todd looks at the postcard one more time. . .
