One Life to Live Recap for the week of March 27 - March 31, 2006

Cris is getting ready for his fight, but sees Nat there. Nat is there only to meet a contact from AC. The contact tries to make his moves on Nat, Cris becomes distracted and begins to lose the fight between his opponent. Rourke makes a call to John, hoping that he will take care of Nat. Tess arrives at a mental institution and is brought in to see her molester, Norman Leads. Norman is almost brain dead, Tess is furious at him for what he did to her. She places a pillow over his head with the intent to kill him, Nash rushes in just in time to stop Tess from killing him. Nash promises that they will get thru this, but they have to go back to Llanfare. Tess agrees to return to Llanfare. David goes to see Spencer, Blair overhears David threatening Spencer with revealing his secret. Spencer goes to check on Nora, who seems to be doing better. Spencer gets her to respond by blinking to some of his questions. Matt is excited, Paige tells him that it could take a long time before Nora is able to speak – explaining that it takes people a while to wake up from a coma. Blair calls Starr to tell her the good news, Kelly – who just visited Asa – learns that Nora is showing signs of improvement. She and Blair begin to reconcile and are amicable to each other. Starr shows up to show support for Matt, but her feelings for her own father conflict with her joy from Matt and she leaves to be by herself. Clint thanks Dorian for being hospitable to him but can’t help but blame himself for his family falling apart. Dorian feels that Clint is starting to give up on his family but Dorian gets him to see what he has to do. Clint hugs Dorian, David is in the window and sees what is going on. Clint leaves to go find Jess, he gets a call from Bo and rushes to the hospital to check up on Nora. David tells Dorian that he is sorry for what he did, he also gives her the feeling that he won’t be around for much longer. Dorian thinks he is trying to con her by pretending to have a disease, just so she will take him back. David assures her that he knows it’s over between them, he also assures her that he doesn’t have a disease and isn’t dying. An officer tells John that Van check into a hotel in Chicago. Hugh overhears it and wants to know why John is involving himself in a case that IA told him to stay out of. John claims that he was just checking up on a friend. John wants to know what Hugh is getting out of catching Todd, Hugh claims that he is in it for nothing more that to see justice served. Hugh gets a call that Nora is waking up and rushes to the hospital. John gets a call from Rourke, telling him to get Nat out of the gym because she is distracting Cris. John arrives at the gym and tells the contact to leave. The contact refuses to leave and John slams him against the wall. Cris gets distracted by this and his opponent knocks him out. Nat looks over and sees Cris fall to the ground. . .
